If this thing was inspected, it was by a blind person with no hands! The top was not glued to the base which made it impossible to use. Of course, I had to not only figure out how this piece of junk was supposed to work (no instructions provided and no video) but I had to pack it all back up and find a UPS store in order to return it. After going through the PayPal and return process, I was asked by GLA if I wanted another one. When I asked for a discount because of all the hassle, my emails were ignored. If this is great customer service, as some claim, you can keep it!

However, when we went in the ball python was being fed prey way too small for it, a pinky mouse/rat. Hatched baby balls don't even eat prey that small. It also had no water in its enclosure which we let someone know about before we left. Also, it had stuck shed which is due to low humidity. Heres a pic. The baby cornsnake was in a completely empty enclosure with no hides, but it did have aspen to burrow into. I will also attach a picture of my ball pythons setup and her drinking water because I know some people think snakes don't drink water. (I also know my setup isnt feasible for these types of stores however a little foliage would make this babys enclosure so much better and less stressful). Guess I will stick to ordering from chewy!
