We are originally from Hawaii and for a place portraying Hawaiian/Polynesian food and culture we sure didn't feel the "Aloha Spirit". Their customer service was severely lacking! Then the food - we ordered the 2 meat combo plate with the garlic chicken and kalua pig, rice, mac, and sapa sui. Also, the Katsu with fries, guava cake, and mango otai. The otai and the guava cake were decent. The Katsu was cooked well, but lacked crunch. The garlic chicken and kalua pig were so dry and tasted bland. The Mac salad lacked flavor also, the sapa sui was just okay. Overall, just super disappointed in the food. We've heard about them through reels claiming they were really good. We always try to support local, especially the poly community here in Utah but our experience just wasn't the greatest. They claim to be serving "island love" but we just didn't feel it, if you decide to try them, hopefully you have a better experience.
