A M A Z I N G! Holy wow! Took a chance and my life has CHANGED! I was ~craving~ shaved ice and decided to try this place. I was skeptical at first for them not having a website but the flavors on grub hub pulled me in. I came for thé Blossom and I left with the Blossom and wow! Absolutely delicious. They let me skip the ice cream and the ladies were so sweet! They asked if I'd been there and gave me a quick run down and I was in and out. I don't think I'd stay to eat there because the location isn't my favorite and I do feel like maybe they need a remodel but the shaved ice is the best I've had here. This is the best! We just needed a cold drink on a hot day so badly and picked this at random. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They were nice to the kids! Telling about the yummy gummy bears and umbrellas that come with their drinks! They had games to play at the tables while waiting for and they had the drinks out fast! The shop was really clean and well taken care of! The shaved ice is the best I've ever had perfect amount of flavor! My husband got the frozen limonada and it was so amazing! I kept stealing bites! Wow! This place was so great! We were in Utah for the weekend and were trying to cool off since the weather was hot. I looked around for shaved Ice and came across this spot. The staff were super friendly and helped us pick something out to our liking. I had the tropical and they knocked it out of the park with this one. It was really amazing to find a place out here with maracuya (passion fruit) and the syrups did not taste fake or sugary they were the real deal. Hopefully we will make it out to Utah someday soon until then I will keep dreaming about this shaved ice read more

So yummy. By far Utah's best shave ice, the closest thing we've found to JoJo's in Kauai. Very fine ice for super soft texture. Most of their syrups are made themselves with real fruit, a few of the traditional "kid" favorites are not. The Pineapple and Coconut are so good individually but even better as they melt down together, I had sweet cream (sweet and condensed milk) on mine. Blue raspberry and strawberry together are great. Good value for the quality. The associate that served us was kind. Looking forward to many more tasty trips here. read more

Just-A-Craving had an impressive amount of ambiance for such a small place setting. They had beach umbrellas set up to get you out of the heat and island tunes playing to mellow and relax you. There are checker sets laid out as diversions for the young ones. My kid ordered a Shark Attack with gummy sharks and worms that immediately stained his tongue blue and he was happily surprised to find blood red shaved ice hidden beneath the wavy blue exterior. This treat's got layers! My wife and I shared an Aloha Twist and was hyped with the smooth creaminess of the ice, (we expected shards, or large frozen flakes, which wasn't the case at all) the texture was a far better quality than we had anticipated. The flavor mixture of pineapple, banana and coconut that was piled high above our cup was a winning combo and the fruit added to the concoction was pleasingly fresh. There are a lot of ways you can screw up shaved coconut but they handled it perfectly. Driving out of the lot might cause a bit of a hassle. The road they're located next to is one-way due to the Trax rail, so just be prepared to U-turn if you're returning eastwards. 5/5 stars, four happy customers, great family visit, would recommend to a friend. read more

The epitome of service with a smile. The worker we interacted with was sweet, thoughtful, and even suggested a different combo on the menu to make the price cheaper. For being such a small location, it was very popular. They had little toys in a basket for kids to play with while they waited for their snow cones. The menu had some Mexican inspired shaved ice flavors, like the one i ordered which had tamarind and mango. My wife ordered one with dulce de leche and lucuma ice cream. To be completely honest I am not a huge fan of shaved ice. It's an overpriced commodity during the summer season and if I'm quite truthful I'd rather drink a soda to get my sugar rush. However, this shaved ice stand is pleasantly better than other places offering the same thing. It could be because it isn't as well known. It also isn't always here like the fan favorite taco truck, El Dorado. The thing I enjoyed most about Just-A-Craving was not getting my hands sticky. They offered to serve my order like a shake, which simply puts your shaved ice in a transparent cup with a straw. Why other competitors haven't offered this before is beyond me. I ordered the Hibiscus flavor which was refreshing to say the least but the one flavor I would highly recommend is the Tamarind. And if shaved ice isn't your thing, like myself, they have chocolate 'ice cream' that you can lick while bobbing your head to their loud portable music box. read more
