I said a refund at this point since you are being so ugly he said "why would I do that?" I responded "because you practically sold me ice like the one from the ice machine next door" he replied "well maybe you should go there instead ". I finally ended the call by saying "ok I will make sure I add these details to the yelp review I will be making" he said "I DONT CARE!!" So there you have it. I stopped into Ululani's at the recommendation of my friend, and we both got our own, which is such a huge size in itself. You could easily share a Lilli (their regular size) between two people. For my flavor, I got the Sunset Beach combination with passion orange, mango, and guava, plus I added some of the Amy's Ice Cream on top that they were offering. Upon my first bite, it's truly impressive how compact the shave ice is. It doesn't even feel like shaved ice at that point and is more comparable to a popsicle in a bowl. This is what kids should be eating in the summer vs. your Konahama Bucks, and like Stan Twitter would say, Ululani clears while the rest are flops! They serve not only shaved ice but also ice cream, ice floats, shakes, sour pickles, and cold brewed coffees. All the ice cream is Blue Bell. There are plenty of sizes to choose from, including a 32oz option called Frost Bite. I can imagine it being cold because the large was pretty chilly! My favorite is the Fiestanator, formerly known as the Mexicanator. I was disappointed with the name change, but I understand it's due to societal changes. If you like pickles and chile, you should try it. They can serve it with chamoy or Kool-Aid flavor, and both mixes taste great. Today, I brought my brother and his family here from the DFW area to share the great experiences I've had. When I ordered, I requested one to go, but I don't think the cashier heard me or remembered. However, the owner noticed and asked if I would like another one. I appreciated the attentiveness and care. She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. On busy days, it's much easier to go inside and order than to use the drive-through. I really hope they can expand to a newer building with a bigger drive-through someday.
