A totally interesting African American wings burgers and tacos truck…read more Usually wings and burgers from a truck are zzzzzzzzz. Tacos are usually best from an all out dedicated taco truck. Big Girl on Wheels keeps it live and keeps it entertaining. A lot of it is attitude. The cook server team completely and totally have style. They could be serving you yesterday's broccoli and they would talk about it like it was the greatest vibrator that was ever invented. On some of their dishes though, they walk the walk as well as talk the talk. Their Barbecue Wings with Crack are simply a must-have. Crack in this case is plain ordinary sugar. Plain ordinary sugar applied in industrial quantities. On some of the wings - notably the honey wings - the extra sucrose does nothing. On Barbecue Wings - the crack is like combining Red Bull with the best party band ever. Those wings were just over the top. My suspicion is that the whole truck is a mix of nice-enough and WOWWIE KAZOWWIE ON ELECTRODES ! ! Wowwie Kazowwie on electrodes is a good thing.
