I was met with comments like "well at least I have insurance and pay for mine" "if you want any discounts you're going to have to come inside and talk to someone else" among others. She told me she would remove any discounts on my account just because I started to become upset and frustrated. I believe I was warranted to be upset considering all of the information I gave her was correct and my insurance has not expired yet. Shame on you Michelle.
