For…read morethe past 10 years since I discovered they ship boxwood stems for a Christmas event I organize for friends, I've also ordered my front door wreath and roping for front door and lamp post as well as my mantle greenery. It has always arrived fresh , well made and full! Shipping may be a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion to order where you know everything is fresh and well made! Each Christmas, I organize a group of 5 friends who gather to make boxwood tabletop trees ( all while enjoying cocktails)using boxwood tips supplied by Gardens of the Blue Ridge. Again their product is packed and shipped with care and arrives fresh as can be! I've spoken with several employees including Katy and Savannah regarding delivery issues, not on their end but UPS' and everyone has been , pleasant and helpful with great follow through. I was asked whether I wanted a credit (no, I didn't buy them) and said I would like replacement flowers. The florist delivered 5 fully opened roses, nothing close to the color or type of flowers that had wilted. It was if they said we can get rid of these roses that are close to gone and make it right. Not even close. I saw what the flowers cost and can tell you I will never order or recommend this florist.

The staff were very knowledgeable and patient as we looked through their wide selection before deciding on what we wanted. We finally decided on a Colorado Blue Spruce Tree and some Juniper. They even gave us the instructions on how to plant the trees as well as tips for future care. Their prices were not as pricey as other locations. We loved both selections and are excited to see the growth in the future. As time passes we'll come back to add some more trees and plants for our property. Thank you to all the staff who helped us.

This place truly lacks customer service. They lack it so much they don't even know how to spell…read morecustomer service. I went with my parents to buy 4 rocking chairs and two small end tables. My mom asked if they had a military discount, my dad is in the Air Force. The lady literally said "I've sold furniture all day and no one has asked for a discount." First, we were buying them regardless, and a lot of people give a military discount and there is no harm in asking especially Memorial Day weekend. The lady was so rude. She found someone else who said we could have 5% off but we had to pay check or cash, if we paid credit card we had to pay full price?! What?! That isn't a military discount that is a CASH discount when you have to pay cash or check?! So we finally bought them. $2,220.93. This was not a cheap purchase. They promised to deliver and then said it was $60 to deliver less than 3 miles. So we decided to make several trips to pick them up, since we could make the trip to and from I less than 5 mins. We got back and our 4 chairs which we paid dearly for, are sitting I the PARKING LOT! We picked them up and on our last trip we in to tell them we got them, had our receipt if we needed it, and they older lady "we don't care." So yeah, I would not even buy a dang plant from this place. It's my mission to make sure they never treat anyone like this again, especially someone who fought for their freedom. Good luck to them, and I hope they know how lucky they are to live in freedom every day!
