I wish I could give this place a negative 1000. My car was stolen from their property after it was towed to their premises. When the police recovered it, they lied about the initial state to try to cover their losses, and then their insurance policy refused to cover the costs of any of the contents stolen from my vehicle. They have continually been rude over and over again in this situation when it was clearly their fault from the get go. I urge anyone and everyone to not go to this business and tell your friends. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I hope we do not have to take them to court over it. I have not even received an apology of any sort. Only demands from their insurance agent to go visit my "rust bucket"- it looks like a gently used vehicle without a single spot of rust on it. Complete jerks. Whatever you do save yourself from using this company. We are a boat dealer that has shipped close to 200 boats in the last year and this has been the worst experience we have ever dealt with. The driver drove our boat into an oak tree and they lied to us about having insurance. When we sent them a very reasonable estimate they refused and said they would pay $1000. The parts alone are costing over $1,000. They are very rude, incompetent, and totally unreliable. The driver told us that he was quitting because working for them was a joke. They lied to us about having insurance. When progressive looked into them their insurance expired in 2012. DO NOT USE THEM - PAY EXTRA TO USE ANYONE ELSE. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!! Repair/Service: broken timing belt Hourly Rate: $1.00 Total Cost: $1.00 Review: About 3 weeks ago my car broke down, i called AAA and holiday towed my car(holiday car repair is AAA certified). After my car was towed the holiday repair shop about 3 days later i was told by a mechanic name dave, that my car needed a gas pump. i was quoted on the price for labor and parts, and i agreed to it. He told me the car wpould be ready that evening but since i was working late i wouldn't be able to pick up the car unitl the next day which was on a friday. when i called friday morning around 8, dave informed me the car was almost done and it would be ready around 10am and that he put new sparks plugs in. i agreed. then around 9:30am he called to tell me he was getting to much gas through the fuel injectors and he was trying to fix. my father decided to get involved, when he spoke with dave friday afternoon he was told the problem wasn't fixed and dave wasn't going to be able to finish until he returned to work on monday. monday afternoon i called holiday repair and dave informed me he was waiting for a switch to come in on tuesday and hopefully that will fixed the problem with my car. wednesday i spoke with dave at holiday repair and was told some how my timingbelt had broke while he trying to crank the car. he informed me he couldn't fix the car and he wasn't going to charge me for any work done. my father decided to speak with dave again, and was told while trying to crank the car over and over again the the belt jump time and the timingbelt broke and we might want to consider getting a new engine in the car. my dad told dave they should towed our car at their expence. first they said no but when my father mentioned lawyer they said ok. after all of this my car was suppose to be towed on the following monday but wasn't andt and when my father called on tuesday he was told they have been to busy to tow. so i went there tuesdsay evening to find out when because another mechanic was waiting to fix my car. i was told rudley by dave that they would get my car towed asap and what else did i want bc they are the ones taking the lost. i informed him i was the one taking the lost bc i had no transportastion and considering my car was there to get a new gas pump and now i looking at buying a new engine that im the one taking a lost. and i would get a lawyer involved if my car wasn't moved asap. he assured it would get moved that night. my car did get moved 2 days later on a wednesday. today my car was finally fixed by another mechanic, who did an awesome job. i didn't need a new engine and i didn't need a new gas pump. dave at holiday repair had it all wrong. and i was lied to they never put new spark plugs in my car. to find out my timing belt jump time wheni broke down and it had to be fixed. when dave kept cranking my car he did break my timing belt. im glad i found a good mechanic that was willing to fix the extra damaged made to my car considering othrt mechanics around here did not want to work on my car after i told them what was going on with my car i'm also thankful i didn't have to pay 1650.00 for a new engine. but thanks to DAVE AT HOLIDAY REPAIR my bill with had been 143.00 cheaper from what i paid this other mechanic but when my timing belt broke from dave cranking my car over and over again they had to replace a TENSNR HYD BELT SAGER. Holiday towing was sent by AAA to pick up my dead vehicle. The driver did show up promptly, but he was quite rude to my wife, insulted me, and did not honor the terms offered by AAA. Because of that we were not able to do business with Holiday Towing. read more

Im a boat dealer and have had hundreds of boats shipped this year and these guys are by far the most incompetent, rude, unqualified, and inexperienced company I have ever hired. They picked up a $77,000 boat in perfect condition and drove it into a tree and drug it down the whole side of the boat, not even 5 minutes outside of the marina. We are about a month into this now and I'm having to have my attorney and insurance company handle it because these guys refuse to pay for it or give me their insurance info. BEWARE, IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOURE ASKING FOR TROUBLE. Absolute nightmare. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a supposed legitimate business. They showed up to pickup my boat late, and on a friday afternoon during rush hour traffic. Took 2 hours for them to get my boat on the trailer, ran it up on the trailer so hard that it the propeller hit and shut off the engine, and had to dig a large chunk of wood out of propeller so it would move. The driver was yelling and using horrible language while doing this with everyone in the camp ground hearing it. Then the driver ask me if I would jump off of the boat into the water with it about 50 degrees outside and wind blowing about 30 mph and try and push the back of the boat over on the trailer more. I showed them before they left that they had a blown tire on the trailer, they acknowledged but ignored me. They were only supposed to be hauling my boat 58 miles. I got up the road about 20 miles and received a call from the driver telling me that they had gotten up the road a few miles and had had a blow out on the trailer and wanted to know if I would come back and help them fix it, or bring them a jack. When I told them that I didn't have a jack that size the wanted to up the price on me. They also had a wheel bearing to go out and left my boat sitting on the trailer on the side of major hwy in an empty field for 5 days in which time the speakers and fish finder were stolen out of the boat, and they said that it was not their responsibility when they weren't hooked to their own trailer. They were very rude, refused to answer my calls when the boat was on the side of the road, or still today, and still have not been compensated for the stolen items. It took them 7 days to transport my boat 58 miles. They do not deserve to be in business and be able to treat their customers that way! read more
