After paying hundreds of dollars for the tow truck to deliver to the shop the owner BJ and his colleague informed me that he did not know how to repair the truck. BJ then tells me he has a friend he could call to repair the truck. He never called the friend and kept saying the friend was busy. He refused to give me the friend's info as promised, continuously lied about the status of the truck and parts, and eventually complained that I needed to stop hounding him because he doesn't have time to deal with it. After weeks of waiting I called a tow truck to remove my vehicle and BJ parked another vehicle in front of my truck and made up a bogus claim that I owed him money for storage fees and refused me my vehicle. To make matters worse, I call the police to assist me with the issue and they gave me a really hard time and sided with him without any legitimate reasons and advised him to go put a lien on the vehicle while I was there to retrieve it. He did not have any type of work order or contract( obviously because he couldn't repair it). There was never any mentioning of a storage fee prior to me trying to retrieve my truck. I would have reasoned and payed something, but BJ came up with an outrageous number. Unfortunately, there were signs I ignored in the beginning that showed I wasn't welcomed there, but I guess he knew he had plans to scam money from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOWN, SEEK HELP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They took me right in. treated me like family. explained to me what was going on. it took them only a couple hours and they went straight to the problem after multiple shops couldn't find the issue. they fixed it at a affordable price. i have not had a problem with it since. i highly highly recommend this shop. The owner and mechanics that work there are great! Great quality work!

Fired right up, highly recommend him! Pay was more than fair as he put in a couple of hours and came to me which also is his time! Most of all, I did not have to tow to a garage and be placed in line before they would've been able to just begin to troubleshoot. And on a Saturday, that might have turned out to be fixed on Monday! I gave them 5 stars because they dealt with problems at the dealership and got us a new battery at advanced auto. Because some things in the car had to be done at the dealership, collision veterans were always in contact with the dealership and us so that all went well. Unfortunately the dealership, while placing a new sensor board, fries our brand new battery and didn't tell collision veterans about it. Collision veterans were the professionals and were proactive with the battery issue. They are honest, professional and accountable. Love these people. Veteran owned and locals.

Bucks my car had the same issue and the radio no longer worked... Which had nothing to do with the service he was performing...He then began insulting my car by saying that it was on his "do not buy list"... I will never be taking anything to him ever and wouldn't recommend that anyone else use him... All this being said I have taken the car to another mechanic that has fixed the car for half the price I paid and it is running great
