Received a phone call from Ulta on Krocks road canceling my make up appointment for my daughter's…read morewedding 45 minutes before my appointment and I only had three hours to find somebody else to do my make up. This caused enormous stress and running around and ended up being late for my daughter's wedding. called Customer Service because Krocks rd never even suggested anything or where to go. I did get a call from the district manager, and they gave me some reimbursement back of what I paid for at a different Ulta who ended up doing my makeup, but not the entire amount. I feel with all of that unnecessary running around and stress and inconvenience the little bit that they gave me on a gift card is laughable especially on such an important day as your daughter getting married. This is a warning two people. If you book any kind of hair or makeup appointment with this location of Ulta, be prepared to have a backup because they don't give a shit. you will never see me in another Ulta store ever and this is a warning for you go to Sephora.
