What a dump!! I asked house keeping to mop the filthy dirty floors and she told me that she can give me a towel so that I can clean the floor. I asked her if I get paid to clean their floors and she laughed. She went on to say that they don't clean the floors because a guy had Covid. Ooooo k, that makes perfect sense. I sat on the toilet and my life flashed before me. Wow!!! The outdoor grounds look horrible. Send someone out there with a broom and dustpan at least. All outside area need pressure washed. Some rooms have the room number hand written on the door with a sharpie. Could be a great place to go if you enjoy a nice cool shower.

I give it one star because it exists. Don't stay here unless filthy is acceptable. Huge, huge disappointment. I had no idea after seeing the website describing the place that it was falsely advertised. Rooms filthy, mold everywhere, the Ice machine rusty and filthy and the pool was closed as water was green because filter system was broken. I could list the extremes of neglect but instead... a pic is worth a thousand words.

Got the history of this property from the front desk lady. It's a work in progress but they seem to be going in the right direction. Really like the outside layout. Our room was decent but there were many things that were showing there age. Hopefully the new ownership continues with the renovations. This place has potential that isn't yet fully realized. Side note, we prefer rooms without carpet and the rooms have ceramic tile which is a big plus for us.

Woke up with roaches running through my stuff. In my coffee cup and everything. Told the front desk manager and was told I should have said something last night smh ..... while I was sleeping I guess. Worst place I've ever stayed in that looked halfway decent. Smoke detectors had the batteries out laying on the floor with Ashes and trash on the floor. Was waiting on the drug dealers to show up door to door. Or the missing persons detectives

I usually use this motel to get a homeless guy that's in a wheelchair with 1 leg a room when it's raining or cold this go around had been like the 6th week in a row where I get him a room for 3+ days I advocate for the homeless I also have others that help. This particular room isn't the handicap room he usually was given but it was raining so it is what it is . I got like a $5 discount by booking online even tho I had a text message saying I could get 2 /$99 or 3 /$149 there was no expiration date on the text but I was told the deal was no good I had just used the same deal 3 nights prior with no problem! I always record room before and after because they have kept my deposit due to the guy start bleeding in his sleep and that's understandable but they just washed the same sheets and re used them smh . On to this room the toilet was doing a slow flush and I notified the desk clerk and she stated the toliet was like that also maintenance did as well.. I recorded video of the toilet and how it flushed .. over the next couple days it got worse and they ended up sending someone with Asperger syndrome to assist knowing that will not get him anywhere! This (NEW MAINTENANCE GUY WAS SCARED TO GET DIRTY) he flooded the room with toilet water and he left the room to get a barely working shop vac he brought no towels or any disinfectant at all the homeless guy thought everything was over and when he attempted to get out of bed in to his wheelchair he slipped on the soaking wet floor broke and gashed his toe wide open! Blood was everywhere I had to go up to the motel the guy that claimed the toilet was broke was lying the maintenance man that was off that day told us the guy is scared to get dirty and has a disease.. The toilet was finally fixed and blood/water cleaned up next day I go to speak to the manager and her exact words this isn't a homeless shelter and this isn't a nursing home!? First off I pay my money for him to be here and anytime the sheets were messed up my deposit was kept and they still use the sheets ! SHE KICKED HIM OUT OF THE HOTEL BECAUSE HE WAS HURT THERE it was negligence on their part I have pictures I also have recorded conversations between the maintenance guys and myself and her and myself .. the only thing I asked her was to help me out with a night or something so I can get him to urgent care he didn't need to go back on the streets with the only foot he has to push himself around in his wheelchair! She told me flat out NO this isn't a nursing home or a homeless shelter ! It's bad enough he barely gets a good night sleep but to sit all night with a broken cut up toe because of your companies neglect is crazy if you ask me ! When I told her I wanted to take him to urgent care she looked at me crazy saying why didn't you take him last night well urgent care is not 24 hrs and I have a family also his insurance recommends not going to the ER unless deemed necessary... she then said this is not a place for him he can't stay here I have it all recorded the entirety re conversation just in case she wants to deny.. MY COLLEAGUES AND I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON ROOMS FOR HOMELESS AT THIS MOTEL AND WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD HELP ME OUT BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES HER ANSWERS YOU'RE ALREADY GETTING A DISCOUNT LOL WOW

This place is ABSOLUTELY terrible , the beds are filthy, the floors are disgusting, the room has a strong smell of urine & smoke. This place needs to be condemned. You would be better off sleeping in a box beside a dumpster.

Nancy scored us a great rate of $115 per night, even while the Fairfield Inn was at full occupancy. The Fairfield Inn is well maintained, and the staff was all friendly. Covid-19 measures are in place, and the Fairfield Inn provides multiple sanitizer dispensers throughout common areas. There is a small guest gym and pool available for use; however, access is limited due to capacity restrictions and Covid-19 safeguards. The Fairfield Inn provides complimentary breakfast daily and a 24/7 coffee station which is a great way to save a few bucks while on vacation. Our room was clean; and included a Queen size bed, a living room with extra seating, a small desk with an adjustable chair, and two smart TVs. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but they would not prevent me from returning in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and staying in the area.

They were biting our ankles and we hadn't been in the room longer than 10 minutes. We immediately grabbed our things and went to the front desk. The staff acted aloof and we never received an apology. They cancelled our room because we said we wanted to go elsewhere. Nothing else was offered to us for our trouble and we left feeling very upset. Don't go here unless you like sleeping with bugs. Gross.

Ashley's Victorian Haven B&B was highly recommended, and for very good reason. This two-story house was built in the 1890's, and recently refurbished and stocked with a lot of period-piece antiques. Barbara and her husband, Larry, are the inn keepers and super-sweet people. They're long-time residents of Tarpon Springs, and can offer lots of helpful advice about what to see and do during your stay in the area. They bought this house, located in the old Historic District of Tarpon Springs, totally rebuilt and upgraded the place, and then named it after their daughter. There is room for three groups of people to stay within the B&B. The first floor of the house has a one-bedroom suite with two Queen-sized beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in, triple-headed shower, and a separate antique claw-foot tub. That's where we stayed. Also on the first floor is the kitchen, where coffee is served every morning starting at 7am. There is a very comfortable parlor with comfy seating on the antique sofas, and a large dining room with wonderful antiques on display. Step outside onto the front porch, and you have a porch swing, and plenty of quiet places to sit and read. Upstairs in the house is a second-floor suite, and out back is a covered patio with a smaller vacation cottage. We spent our late afternoons sitting on this back patio and visiting with Barbara and her husband. She used to own a well-known antiques store in town, and has decorated the Victorian Haven with some of her cherished pieces. Once Barbara starts brewing the coffee in the morning, all of the sleepy heads come staggering down to the kitchen to say Hi to one another and visit with Barbara. By 9am she has whipped up a fabulous breakfast including pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages, and more, and we all sit down as a group around her dining room table. She checks in with each of the groups to inquire about our plans for the day, and then makes suggestions as to the best shopping, dining, and sightseeing options. The lady knows her stuff! The home is located around the corner from the Tarpon Spring City Hall and police station, and so the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. You'll be walking distance to the famous Sponge Docks area of Tarpon Springs, and it was nice to leave the car behind, and get a bit of exercise. At night, the restaurants and clubs were also an easy hike from the B&B. We had a fantastic weekend staying in a very clean and comfortable B&B, and really enjoyed our visits with Barbara. She gave us some great recommendations about the new places to explore along Dodecanese Boulevard, and also the antique stores in the historic downtown shopping area. If you're looking for a great, reasonably-priced place to stay in the Tarpon Springs area, then I highly recommend that you check out Ashley's Victorian Haven B&B. It's a fun place to get away from it all.

Having stayed here before this hotel is usually a good experience. Given that it's off 19 and almost to Holiday you can get the expected guests on occasion, but usually we have the place mostly to ourselves. The pool area is also pretty large and relatively clean - though as it gets later people tend to leave all of their stuff out there. Unfortunately, this visit was not a good one. The hotel was higher priced than normal and completely booked for a wedding. After hours and hours of waiting to see if the noise would die down, it didn't. We asked people gathering right outside of our door if they would please keep it down as the kids were trying to go to bed...that lasted about 2 minutes. This continued on well after midnight and the front desk said they would come ask the people to congregate somewhere else, but that never happened either. Being a light sleeper there was no way I was going to be able to sleep and left around 2 am with people still partying outside of our door, and throughout the hotel it appeared. As I said, this is not the norm and was unfortunate.

The evening attendant not only put her out of the hotel but would not let her sit outside the hotel. This establishment did nothing to help my aunt including offering her the ability to contact someone who could help her, so I had no idea she was going through this experience. I am sure the staff member had seen her. They also said the hotel was full after she tried to get a room. This was a lie. According to my hotels.com app, there are still rooms available.
