We played Cabot, Ardea and TPC TPA which were all in much better condition and less expensive than Innisbrook. My wife also booked a spa treatment which was cancelled last minute by the resort spa. They did offer substitute services but not a massage as booked and the spa experience was below acceptable for resort quality . My wife had a treatment at Wyndham Clearwater which was much better quality and experience. Innisbrook NOT worthy of the time or money. Go elsewhere...

I'm not sure if this was related to my boyfriend buying a Groupon, but as an aesthetics professional myself, I pay close attention to the details of a service. Anjelica I had my session with my massage therapist and finished at 12:50. From an observational standpoint, there were a few areas of concern. As someone with 10 years of experience in facials and massage, I noticed that the therapist did not maintain continuous contact while performing the massage and did not do the same massage techniques on both sides of the body, which is a standard practice. Additionally, the hot stone treatment and scrub were very brief--lasting no more than 10 seconds each. I felt there was some judgment based on the fact that I used a Groupon, which was a Christmas gift I received. I wasn't aware it was a Groupon. If the service had been up to par, my boyfriend would have left a larger tip. However, after learning about the Groupon, the receptionist's demeanor shifted, and they seemed to smirk when asking for gratuity. He was only informed of the gratuity for one specialist, despite there being two. This lack of communication, paired with the unprofessional behavior, was disappointing.
