Lobbies and foyers are spacious for booths and networking. And there are plenty of seats for when you need to log in for a quick call to the office. The tech in the main room makes it a great experience to host and attend. What would improve the experience? Firstly, parking costs extra. I don't expect that. Second, there are no device charging stations or options in any of the spaces. Third, the rooms bordering kitchens are thin and kitchen sounds dominate the volume in those ballrooms. Finally, catering provided by Omni was not tasty.

The front desk staff that greeted me provided me with unhurried attention, listening to my story as I arrived a bit frazzled from an Uber experience. It helped me decompress. What a pleasant first impression. The rooms are all almost situated at corners that afford views of the golf course. I loved my room from the moment I walked in. It was not at a much higher floor, yet the view was pleasant. I could see the city on the horizon and right before me, the rolling course and walkways. The room itself was very comfortable--open space with no corners to hide rooms or closets that typically make me feel uncomfortable when staying at a hotel by myself. The King bed was very comfortable. There were ample outlets to plug my devices, and the lighting was just right. I enjoyed the rainforest shower head, the toiletries, and the large mirror with makeup lighting, plus a magnifying smaller mirror for touch ups. The bar, coffeeshop and restaurant were all stocked well. The conference rooms huge and tucked away at a private enough corner of the hotel that doesn't bother the guest room area. A bit of a walk but great for exercise. The shuttle ride to and from another wonderful spot, Ryder Cup Grille, was a welcome service. Definitely a property I would return to despite not being a golfer, but for the wonderful amenities and all the above.

Next they changed us to a room that had some sort of stain possibly blood on the wall, dirty toilet area, and a dirty vent - we were stuck in this room until we could get an upgrade. Well, our upgrade happened a day later than it was supposed to because they screwed that up. Our upgraded room was a suite, but the air conditioner was so loud. It was actually deafening. None of us got any sleep and that's when we finally decided to check out completely. Only saving grace here was that the manager was sweet and kind - I think the housekeeping staff needs better training and the hotel needs new AC units desperately. My advice is to avoid this place completely if you have any sort of cleanliness standards.

Staying here to be as close as possible to my son's soccer camp at the Toyota Soccer Complex and am happy for the selection. The check in was speedy and friendly, the fitness center has enough equipment to get in a decent workout. No spa/hot tub but we knew that going in. I appreciated that it had a microwave and refrigerator to keep my son fed and well hydrated. Beds were well done and room got very cold.

I booked the room -- the Anthony Suite on the top floor -- a year in advance. This place has a decent refund policy with enough advance notice, so if you are considering the Nethery Estate, book early. There are not a lot of rooms here and it appears from the pictures inside of it that groups/families tend to rent all of them for events, so it can fill up quickly. The estate is a nifty place. It is an older style home, but well kept. You park in the back and are texted a code for the gate to get in. The key to your room is left outside on the back porch and you go to your room as you would like. Definitely a colonial style home with a suit of armor next to the stairs (that's true). If you look closely around, you will see several references to Harry Potter, which my wife enjoyed finding and we looked around. Our room was awesome, with a nice couch and TV in front of it, a small table to sit at to eat, a comfy bed, and a separate bathroom with a cool tiled shower. Downstairs has a small sitting area, a bar, and another room has the long dining room table. My wife and I were comfortable walking into the place and going in and out of our room to activities as we saw fit. We did encounter some of the other guests, but only briefly. There is a small ice machine, which we used while we were there. And there is a mini-fridge next to it that guests had put in some leftovers as there aren't fridges in the rooms (which is all fine because Tiffany handles some of the cooking for you!). My wife and I went outside to hang out for a while because we had been at the zoo during the day and it was 86 degrees -- which is hot for us Oregonians for the beginning of April. We brought swim wear as the first amenity listed on Netherly's site is the salt pool. Sadly, it was not heated and still appeared to have some small branches from the property in it. It hadn't been warm enough for long enough for it to be available. The hot tub adjacent to it didn't have water, but honestly, I didn't remember anything mentioned on the website about a hot tub, so it was not anything I was expecting anyway. We can and enjoyed the back yard for a little bit, but opted to go inside and take a shower to cool off and then head out for activities. The first morning I had paid extra to have food delivered to our room. It is a good thing I put on some pants when I opened the door because Tiffany walked in to set down the food on the table for us. I've been to a couple other B&Bs and it is usually left outside, but I figured I'd not answer in the nude and that was a good idea. We were told she enters to set things up to ensure we don't eat in the bed as it is a nightmare to clean up (and I believe it). We had chopped potatoes, some waffles, and a little bit of fruit. More than enough for my wife and I. The next day we ate at the large table downstairs. We ate with a couple from France that had come to view the eclipse. Tiffany was very pleasant and talkative during that time. I cannot specifically remember all of the food, but it included more chopped potatoes, some toast, and I cannot remember what else. It was good food, though, and more than enough for me to eat. Tiffany also gave us a dessert cornmeal kind of muffin that was pretty good as well. For my personal experience, I look to the front page of Nethery's page that touts "Southern Hospitality Hotel Accommodations with a Pool" that the next page says is open in spring. summer, and fall. I don't think the site even mentions a hot tub, so no worries on that. It may not have been warm enough for the pool to really work out so early in April, but we were looking forward to having a more private pool than one found at a large hotel. The home is beautiful and sitting outside to bask in the sun is nice. Getting in and out was easy and the room we had was awesome. If you pay to have breakfast in your room, make sure you are dressed. You get generous portions and the food is pretty good! But look -- the pool thing aside, which I wouldn't want anyone reading this to make too big of a deal about as it didn't ruin any plans and wasn't the primary reason for my choosing Nethery Estate, we had a great time. My wife was very pleased that Nethery Estate was where we spent our 2nd anniversary together. It is certainly it's own experience and Tiffany is a great host, so if you are considering staying here -- book it.

The pool area was good and our server was super helpful the afternoon we were there. The bad....we checked into our adjoining rooms and they both had this weird smoke smell. We asked to be moved but they couldn't move us to different rooms. Someone came in and sprayed some air freshener instead. One of the adjoining doors was broken and wouldn't stay open so maintenance had to come fix that. The closet doors also would not close all the way so the light stayed on all night. The room was damp. When you woke up in the morning, everything and I mean everything, was cold and damp. Even my shoes. The duvets seemed like they hadn't been replaced since they opened. They were paper thin and all the feathers were clumped together and uncomfortable. On Friday and Saturday night they had a bar and snacks out, but once everyone checked out on Sunday it was like a ghost town. Sunday night there was no bartender at the bar, no snacks out and no water in the lobby. For the price I was very disappointed and would not recommend it. I only gave it 3 stars because of the staff.

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Checking In & Perks If you aren't a member yet, definitely sign up before you arrive! Upon checking in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and free WiFi. Karina handled our check-in and was absolutely wonderful--extremely amicable, professional, and the perfect example of excellent customer service. The Atmosphere & Unique Daily Themes One of the coolest features of this hotel is the daily theme hosted in the lobby: Day 1: A complimentary snack cart stocked with chips, candy, and water. Day 2: A fun trail mix station. A bourbon and burger event offered at a very reasonable cost. On our second day, we interacted with Rashad, who was also the absolute epitome of customer service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. The Rooms & Amenities The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and well-designed. Our room faced the mini-field at The Star adjacent to the hotel. Even though the hotel was completely at full capacity during our stay, the room was remarkably quiet. The soundproofing is top-notch. The bathroom was equally spacious. We did have one minor hiccup where a provided bath towel was visibly dirty, but the staff handled it flawlessly, immediately exchanging it for fresh linens the next morning. The pool area is beautiful, and both the bartenders and pool attendants were incredibly attentive and quick with their service. Dining & Events We spent some time at Neighbors, the on-site bar and restaurant, and sat on the patio to people-watch. There are also plenty of other great restaurants within short walking distance. As for the birthday celebration, the event space was stunning. The decor leading up to and outside of the ballroom was beautiful and incredibly well-executed. The event food and drinks were great overall; the only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit too salty, but the rest of the meal was delicious. A Special Highlight As an added bonus, Samuel L. Jackson was filming a spinoff of Tulsa King right when we arrived! Despite the production hustle and bustle, the hotel staff did a seamless job of accommodating regular guests and maintaining a premium experience. In closing, I highly recommend this property for its spacious rooms, stellar location, and a team that truly understands hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Bathroom door. I didn't love the frosted little sliding glass door.. and there isn't a fan either. A bathroom gets steamy with the shower and it's inside without a window, a fan is necessary! The bed was comfortable and so were the sheets. The pillows were sooo soft and flat and didn't work well for my neck. I would advise you to bring a sound machine like I do, because when the doors close they slam and you can hear everything in the hallway. The door that slides to close between the entry way/ shower to the bedroom area (was extremely hard to move.) We tried to close it to block the sound out and could barely move it. The hydration station was awesome! There's a nice gym and there's a private room / bathroom on level 2.

I found this Hilton location and made my reservation using my points. I didn't arrive until almost midnight. I wasn't quite sure where the driveway entrance would be while I was sitting at the light, but when I turned the corner, it was right there. A valet appeared immediately and was cheery and chatty as he helped me with my bag. I was beat and his energy gave me a nice boost. He seemed to love my little red sports car as I watched him speed away, lol - why not? I loved the look and feel of the place immediately. It was hip and yet elegant at the same time. A fairly large party was gathered at the bar, which is a good distance from the door, in case you want to avoid it. I was happy to see the people enjoying themselves. My room was exactly what I wanted. Roomy, comfy, clean and bright. I noticed the floors are great for wheelchairs and walkers, and if they have a handicapped room, it will probably be perfect. The temperature, the lighting, the bed - all were perfect. After a quick shower (loved the shower head but not the charcoal toiletries) I slept like a log then went downstairs for coffee and breakfast. I opted for the breakfast tacos which were made fresh and when I asked for them to go, they were lovingly placed in the box by this nice man. I wish I had entered my review immediately after my stay because I remembered his name but it's now June and I've forgotten. Lovely area downstairs to enjoy your coffee. On the weekend the area is very quiet. I'd love to stay here again.
