This year our trees were getting trimmed on Oct 21st and he said not problem with delaying the installation. Then, this week he suddenly sent me this message: "Hey Doug our schedule is pretty booked and it doesn't look like we'll be able to get you in anymore." How is that for customer loyalty? This business is the best! My husband and I wanted to do Halloween lights because it's our kids' favorite holiday and a big deal in our neighborhood. I found Holiday Light Installation on Yelp and messaged the business. I got a quote within a few hours of contacting them. Ariana messaged me mock ups of where the lights would be on the house. I got what I thought was a fair quote based on the fact that it included all equipment, install, and takedown. Within three days we were on the schedule. David came out with his crew and did the install within 90 minutes. It turns out that two of the light bulbs weren't working, which was no big deal but David came out the next morning to fix them. At every stage, this business was responsive, professional, and courteous.
