Great job on installing my Chrtimas lights very clean job. Would highly recommend to install your lights you will not regret it.

My wife and I decided to put up lights on our house this year so I did my research as I wanted our lights to look great and I wanted to find the best person possible. Well guess what, I did!! I would highly recommend Rick to anyone and anyone and I've already referred him friends. He's a great guy and extremely helpful in getting you set up. That's a huge value add if you're like me and had no clue where to begin. His prices are very fair and most importantly, he does an amazing job!! Furthermore, he really makes It happen to get your lights up as soon as possible versus others I called who were so far out our lights would have never gone up. Big thanks to you Rick, we're so happy that we found you!!

Contacted Holiday Light Installers after installers that helped me out the previous year were unavailable. Sent an email for a quote and got a response from Rick. We were able to schedule an installation date later that week. Rick was personable and installed my lights neatly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him for your holiday lighting. read more

We are so glad we found Rick this year. He was great from the beginning to the time he arrived. We were hesitant because we had bad experiences with other Christmas light installers, but Rick was different. He was super nice to talk to and he was very professional. Ricks work is perfect, he took his time & made sure our lights looked amazing. He also gave us suggestions on how he thought the lights would look the best!! Very nice folks, friendly and professional. Not sure the most competitive though. They came when they said they would and went out of their way to make sure the timer was working fine. I will update this review after January 7 when they come back to uninstall the lights. Jan 10 Update: they showed up in time to remove the lights - one caveat: I had to literally beg them so that they would send me a receipt for the work done. I Emailed, texted and called them for weeks trying to get a simple receipt, which they should have given me when I paid them. When they finally sent it, it was the wrong total. Really un-nerving. We are going to decorate our house Winter Wonderland style this winter but I doubt I'll be calling them again. read more

Rick & crew did a fantastic Job hanging outdoor bistro lighting over my backyard & pool area! He made sure they were properly secured & supported by cable. He also wrapped a large tree ( trunk & main branches) in mini lights, which creates a wonderful focal point in the backyard at night. The spacing and uniformity of light placement is excellent! He and his dad went above and beyond and returned a second day to replace my old landscape lighting fixtures with new ones that I purchased online. Rick is diligent, thorough, kind & respectful and his rates are reasonably. After getting estimates from others, Rick is the only outdoor lighting service I would recommend. read more

My husband and son had installed our lights but one night before my Christmas party the front row of d house lights went off and my husband was on a trip and we couldnt figure out the problem. I found Rick on craigslist and he came in first thing in the morning and had it fixed in just half an hour. Turned out it was too many strings attached to single power source and blew up a fuze. He is very creative, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, & professional. I will definitely call him next year for the whole job and will recommend him to all my friends. read more

I made several attempts to reach out afterward by phone, text and email, but did not receive a response. As a result, I will need to hire someone else to correct the work. I am left with a pipe that runs across a doorway and sticks up higher than the threshold. It is unsafe. It's a trip hazard, and a high likelihood of a broken pipe if it gets stepped on. Running the pipe above ground doesn't even make sense. They bypassed the existing below ground system and ran the pipes along the side of my house going across the doorway. In addition, I was quoted a price by Noe, and the next day he texted and told me Steve said it will be $400 more. I should have just said no at that point. I'm very disappointed because I used them a few years ago without issue. But leaving me with such substandard work and then completely ghosting me when I tried to reach out is totally unprofessional.

Since then, I have worked with Hector and his team for years across multiple properties for many things. I have used them for: -tree trimming, tree cutting (large trees!), & stump removal -brush clearance -complete landscaping design (full grading, turf, watering systems, plants, planters, DE, etc) -hardscaping and concrete These guys really know what they are doing. They will really work with you to figure out exactly what you need. They are always thinking about how to deal with the details (drainage, plant locations, watering locations/logistics) And their quotes always come in lower than other places... Stay in touch with Hector during the process and you will be sure to get everything you need. Like I say, I've been working with them so long, they feel like family at this point! They really are a one-stop shop for everyting. That is another thing I love about them - they arent pushy. They will come out and discuss the project, give you an estimate, and won't try to strongarm you into hiring them. Its hard to find someone you can communicate with, work with, and not feel pressured. I remember the first time we hired them - all other places felt like they were pushing their ideas on us, but Hector always listened and strategized WITH us. 10/10 all around. On Friday, I found Flawless on Yelp and got an appointment for Saturday. Adrian showed up on time and got to work. He checked out the many different lines and got to the source of the problem. He resolved the electrical issue so the sprinkler system could actually run. He came back on Monday to rewire the connections to protect the lines from future damage. He made sure all the lines were running. He found a problem with 1 zone and fixed it before finishing up. He did a great job and I've asked him for an estimate for a few other big landscaping projects.

Was lied to about a flat rate quote. I clearly explained what needed to be done in the yelp request was told one price and when I went back to confirm got a different price. I said ok fine. 2. Guy shows up to my house a full hour early while I'm at work still. He gave me a 2-4pm window and comes at 1pm. 3. I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Clearly this isn't the first time. There are a lot of companies to choose from please pick someone else.
