Bought a brand new 2022 hurricane 19.6 fun deck(one full payment) and when all was ready to pick up it was missing a few random parts like a fuse cover, incorrect table mount, and a latch for the Bimini. They installed an unmatched fuse cover and fixed the table when I brought the boat in for the first service(which I'll be doing myself now on). Over a year later and still no latch I was told I would get. After doing the 100 hour oil change myself I then notice a cowling bolt missing which they installed when they rigged the engine. My Wife and I found on internet 2015 Bayliner 16. Boat was used and located at Holiday Marine Leesburg Florida. I called Holiday Marine and spoke with Bill. Bill told me boat is in perfect condition. I told Bill it will take me 4 hours to get from Miami to Leesburg. I ask him about details and Bill told me boat is in good condition no problem at all. We drove all the way from Miami to Holiday Marine. When we arrived I inspected 2015 Bayliner 16 and boat was not in good condition as describe over the phone and internet. Engine had 500 hours oil was leaking,seat cushions was damaged all over,heavy dings and scratches on hull all around. So Holiday Marine has dishonest people. Holiday Marine will not tell you truth about boats in stock. I will never recommend Holiday Marine to anyone. Shame to this business. Stay away from Holiday Marine. read more

This review stands strong. The dealer did not accommodate me as they stated. I told them 2 things on the trailer 1 it was used not new. There had been other boats on it and was used for deliveries. 2 I shouldn't have to pay more for a used trailer. As for the price of the boat. Communication was 10months long with multiple times I was told and assured I was price locked into the 2021. Thats not at all my issue on the increase. That is poor sales on the management and owners. I should not have to eat the cost of there mistakes. Sorry for your loss. Also I was told by the manager that all my equipment would be installed free of charge for the 10month inconvenience. Again not my issue. Be happy I paid 300. Also the boat was in there possession over 1 week and they did not clean it. I demanded on the Friday I was scheduled to pick it up to clean it. They did a poor rush job. Boat was never detailed and I now have to pay for it to be. The dealership did not help me in any way. . I was told if I didnt want the boat they would sell it to someone else for more money. Just bought the New $30,000.00+ Bayliner Element F21 at Holiday Marine, in Leesburg Florida, drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. Took 6 hours to get paperwork done, hull had a 4" crack in the hull, there were hundreds of indentations in the hull from rubbing probably during transit but was never corrected prior to delivery. The starter switch was lose and failed during initial sea trial leaving me DEAD IN THE WATER. Cheap snaps are already falling apart and pulling out of the hull. Watched 2 employees jam/ram the motor into a flip up lid on the aft deck and blamed it on poor design. Took over a week for dealer and Bayliner to contact me about my complaints, jus another example of dealerships selling and screwing customers over. Don't buy this product, I also purchased a brand new truck to tow this boat and it has zero flaws, so it is possible to purchase something that is still high quality. read more
