The kitchen prep area is open and it looks clean, but it is tight so you can only put a small staff in there. This is not fast food and you will wait a few minutes for your food to be cooked. I have always found the staff to be friendly enough and without your fake "welcome in" Starbucks routine, but they are busy and they work efficiently. Luckily, I'm retired so I go on weekdays and avoid the big crowds.

Another car and I were waiting for 15 minutes in line. Instead of asking the next person in line for their drink, they went to a car that just showed up and then me. The person ahead had to order at the window because no one took their order the whole time we were waiting.when I asked them why they didn't go in order of who was there first, they said "that's just how it is". Day shift has cool and nice people. Evening is the worst. Your drink will most likely be wrong.
