Although this has a Saginaw address, it is really located in Bridgeport on Dixie Hwy. I can't speak to the office experience but I can tell you about the quality of the care that my father received this year and also in 2024. He was here for rehab service both times. The staff here was very attentive to anything my father or my family requested. Ironically, he was in the same private room each time with a view of the parking lot on the side of the building. The physical therapy worked with my father to regain his mobility after surgery and his hospital stay. They were professional and they had the same mission as our family to have my father return to his home. Mission accomplished! He was discharged with continued physical rehab to continue in the comfort of his home. Thank you to the staff at Avista Nursing & Rehab.

Being out on a ranch in Columbiaville allowed our grandmother to get some much needed peace in a quiet and homely environment with her own room in a smaller facility limited to 6 residents. My grandmother loved their food, and the staff was kind enough to keep a Twinkie stash just for her since they were her favorite. About a month after moving in I asked my grandma how she was feeling and she was emphatic in informing me that "they take really good care of me." She really appreciated feeling a more personalized care experience. The owners had told me that they thought of their residents as family and it truly feels like that. I would highly, highly recommend the facility to someone who is looking for care for their relative. My grandmother was a wheelchair bound amputee and they were able to handle her care beautifully. I'm so happy she got to spend time here.

Every staff member is professional, friendly and works hard to make sure you are provided with the care you require. Interacting with these folks to determine your issues and a solution for them is a team effort and your input is always a kind consideration. So I called to reschedule 1st thing at 9am (apt was at 1:30) and it was still considered a no-call no-show and my letter was a warning. You are allowed 3 of these no-call no-shows. Which mine was clearly NOT!!! How would I know 24hrs in advance that I would have a migraine and be unable to drive that day? My medical file clearly shows I suffer from migraines. I think these ladies clearly need to go back to school themselves and learn a few lessons in customer service

Then sat in the room for another 15 minutes before she entered, upon her entering the room, or should I say after she barged in the room without knocking first, my mask was down below my nose. She stopped dead in her tracks, put her hand up and out in front of herself and demanded I put my mask up, I was taken aback by this as this is my first interaction with dr Duncan. I asked her if my mother could come in the room with me because she is a nurse and I wanted her to be able to ask questions I wouldn't think to ask (I've never had surgery before) She said "absolutely not" She then forced me to switch rooms because I "contaminated" the previous one by breathing through my nose. Her actions and demeanor were so rude and condescending that I asked to have her PA go over my results instead. I had to FaceTime my mother in the waiting room that was filled with 15 or more people to discuss my medical problems so apparently she doesn't follow the HIPPA laws either because other patients were telling me "good luck with your ankle" as I was walking out. I have never in my 33 years been treated like this by a medical "professional". And I most certainly would not allow someone of this low caliber to cut me open. I would prefer to let my dogs veterinarian treat me rather than Danielle C Duncun they certainly have better bedside manner that's for sure.

They offer a program after insurance ends where you can continue to do your exercises (with a printed out sheet of what you're been working on). I went from barely walking to doing more than I have ever imagined. I cannot recommend this place enough
