My wife and I inquired about reaching out to the owner Eric Pallor which Peggy replied "Well you can try but he's on vacation." I have never in my life encountered a manager, like Peggy Holmes. She lacks empathy; compassion and customer service skills. I find it extremely concerning that Peggy is the manager of an establishment that promotes wellness and relaxation. Peggy at no point tried to deescalate the conversation, rather instead she antagonized it with her uncouth remarks and gaslighting rhetoric. Yes I was upset/unhappy over the phone, after being gaslit by the manager and charged for a membership that was "cancelled" back in September 2025.
