Honestly, I do not know exactly how Pure Muscle Therapy works, I am certainly not the expert, but I was having extreme pain in my lower hips, almost debilitating. Don't waste your money! I can't believe I got sucked into purchasing three 90 minute sessions here. I truly did want to give it and the owner lady the benefit of a doubt. My first session was basically nothing and I couldn't wait for it to be done because she essentially does absolutely nothing. If you want to pay $310 for a "SPECIAL" for three 90 minute "pure muscle therapy" sessions where you assume you'll be getting some type of massage and body tension relief.. well you'll be very sadly mistaken. All she does is gently put her fingers on different areas on your back, neck, head, etc. And literally just hold them there all the while doing absolutely NOTHING. Then after a few minutes (I'm not even kidding, I wish I was), she moves her fingers ever so slightly to another spot and does the exact same thing. She also always has her little dog there in which she constantly stops what she's doing to tend to her dog (example, repeatedly tries to put it on its bed, not crate, and it doesn't want to stay there so it gets back out only for the owner to stop again to put the dog back. This happens A LOT. She's always distracted. She's awful with communication as well! For one of my 90 minute appointments, she only did 60 without telling me why. When I asked she said it's because I had to reschedule so she docked me a half hour despite me paying for it all in advance AND rescheduling it in plenty of time. She even KNEW when I scheduled it that I'd likely have to reschedule one appointment. But she failed to communicate any of that with me. Also, you try to talk to her and she just comes off so rude and unprofessional. Like she is having a bad day everyday. I even gave her a very large $30 tip after my first 90 minute "muscle therapy session' to be kind even though it was certainly not deserved and she wasn't even grateful for it. I'm not pleased in so many ways! She also never tells you when the time is up. Instead, she literally just leaves the room and you're still laying on the table wondering if she's going to grab something and come back of what's going on. I had to help myself out the first time. Then caught on that whrn she leaves the room, apparently that means she's done doing basically nothing to help with any of your body pain or the sole purpose you're even there for. She explains nothing. Anyone could easily do what she does. How she can get away with charging so much all the while doing absolutely nothing is beyond me. She also won't give refunds so I had to go to all of my appointments because I paid a hefty amount expecting I'd get help with my body and pain when I'm reality, it was a complete waste of time! I even had several people who were waiting to see how my appointments with because I could have hooked her up and help her make Bank from several others, but then she pulled all this stuff. Nope. What an awful experience all the way around. Not to mention, I really didn't even have the money to do this, but I'm battling severe health issues and I was assured by Nicole that this would help. Yup. Not sure how " putting your fingers on someone and holding them there on repeat" does anything whatsoever! Please don't waste your time or money. There's absolutely NO massage of any kind. No pain relief of ANY KIND. It's a complete rip off is what it is. Save your money and go to a real masseuse! read more

I've been seeing Nicole for about a year now. I was convinced I was headed for surgery when I happened to walk by her office and decided to give it a shot. My quality of life has improved vastly and don't think about going under the knife at all anymore.
