I love this place I have experienced nothing but professional experience with the owners and their receptionist. I even felt that they listen to me and my concerns in regards to my pain I fell asleep every time I had a treatment there and found it easy to sleep and get my muscles to relax by having acupuncture treatments done. i would highly recommend them over anyone else love love love them!!!! read more

The secretary at the front desk is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to verify insurance information. then wants to over charge you without calling and verifying insurance. then wants to double charge your copay after you said you would call to try to straighten it out. first she charged me my co-pay and then she wanted to charge me the same amount again and then when I asked her to call the insurance company or wait for me to call. She got very upset and said I needed to pay so I went to pay and I was not happy. So she walked out of the room and closed the door on me and just left me there in the lobby by myself. Acupuncture is supposed to be a pleasant experience and this was just terrible. Then Lyndsay who was working with me, she was really providing great treatment. But I can't trust their secretary. I don't think I'll come back cause it was a very sad experience!! Edit to add: After speaking with the insurance company they will start an investigation on why they were over charging me. The secretary also said on my first visit I was charged two co-pays of $20 each. My insurance company told me that they only submitted one claim so I should've only paid one co-pay of $10. They didn't tell the insurance company that I was charged and paid two co-pays for that first visit. If anything, they should've charged my insurance company more for consultation and treatment. I only have one co-pay per visit with my benefit. It doesn't matter if I'm having two different things happening. This is a reminder everybody call your insurance company before you get any treatment done so you know exactly what you're supposed to be paying. This would've been the third visit I was overcharged. Lyndsay refunded what I did pay for today's visit and was gonna make sure I wasn't charged for not coming to my appointment. Lyndsay was very professional, but I don't know about the secretary. I gave this place one star because insurance fraud is real. I don't want other people to deal with what I'm having to deal with. A lot of people aren't on top of their coverage like I am. But I used to work in insurance billing and I used to have to explain to people all the time what was covered and what wasn't. read more

After sustaining an ankle injury it was suggested to me to do acupuncture and massage to help with the healing. My sister referred me to Willamette Acupuncture & Wellness. I was fortunate that they accepted my insurance for both acupuncture and massage. They have the normal paperwork to fill our and scheduling is a breezes. Megan and Chloe at the front desk are very helpful with scheduling and billing. The office offer phone call or text message reminders. There hours are very flexible Monday through Friday. Acupuncture: I have seen both acupuncturist Gabe and Lyndsay, they are married but that really doesn't change anything. I go between both of them depending on my schedule. They both have are well educated and have a lot experience. They are very professional with great personalities. Their customer service is wonderful, they want to get to know you so they can properly treat you injury/illness. They are always will to answer question or adjust your treatment. They use only sterile needles. They make you as comfortable as they can. Weather you pick Gabe and Lyndsay, you can't go wrong. Massage: I have seen both licensed massage therapist Ann and Christa. Both ladies have their own set of skills. Between the both of them I don't think there isn't a type of massage style they don't offer. They offer 60 to 90 minute massages. I have spent more time with Christa then Ann because of my own schedule. The one time I was Ann she provided a very relaxing massage, I was almost falling asleep. Christa has been more deep muscle work to help with my injury. Retraining them and getting them back to normal. Both ladies are very qualified and skilled. You can't go wrong with either of them. I'd like to add that Ann could do the deep muscle work and Christa can do a relaxing message as well. I recommend both of them, you'll just have to pick one or try them both. Facilities: The office is in a plaza with a good amount of parking. The lobby is set up nice and professional. Water or tea is offered, free of charge. They have several rooms for acupuncture and massage. They change all the linins between clients. Each room has adjustable lighting and relaxing music. The whole place is clean and neat. Overall you can't go wrong here. Hands down the best place in Dallas or even Salem. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The services they provide are top notch. read more

First off, I cannot say enough great things about Willamette Acupuncture and Wellness. I try and see them at least weekly for pain and general stress. I am so thankful they moved into the area to offer alternative treatments to western medicine. After a year of migraines I was ready to try acupuncture. After just a few treatments my migraines had subsided considerably and after a couple months they had all but disappeared!
