I wrote back to reschedule and never heard back from her. I can only assume that she doesn't care or need more clients. I have been in a lot of pain and was looking forward to a healing massage. Instead she let me know that she couldn't be bothered to reschedule an appointment that she canceled at the last minute. I'm so disappointed and hope to find another practitioner who gives consideration to their client communication. :(

I want to reiterate I'm very used to massages, even though it's been about two years since I did one. The lady was actually hurting-- I'm a bigger guy, I have a high pain tolerance but it was way too much. I think she saw me noticeably flinching a lot; I asked her not to be as rough.
