Alison gave me an overview of the session so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable in the space. The session began with guided breathing and meditation. The sound bath was truly so peaceful. I am not typically very good at meditation, but Alison's guidance was soft and easy to follow. I was very much at peace through out the experience. My mind opened up to some interesting imagery, but overall felt so peaceful and safe. The session finished with a really cool water drum and reading. It gave me guidance to what things I can continue to focus on in myself. I felt like my session was very healing, and would be great to do in a group or 1:1 again. Within minutes, Cláudia guided me into a deeper space where we discovered the real cause wasn't that event at all: it was much older, rooted in my early life. She helped me release emotions I'd been holding onto for decades. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and with an almost overwhelming sense of love for the people around me (it was even kind of funny, feeling connected and compassionate towards complete strangers). That feeling is still with me today. In the second session, we focused on my career. I had been feeling blocked and unsure of my direction. Cláudia helped me bypass the noise of my rational mind and connect to my deeper truth.
