Unfortunately my experience here was not good. I scheduled a massage with Caitlin for early June, and 45 minutes before my appointment Caitlin canceled on me. I prepaid for the massage (with tip) and still have not received my money back. Caitlin has not even acknowledged numerous calls or texts to reschedule or get my money back. My wife also had Caitlin cancel on her last minute prior to my experience, but on a different date was charged full price when she had to cancel on Caitlin. You can't cancel on her, but she can cancel on you. I wouldn't trust this business, and certainly wouldn't prepay. I gave two stars because the one massage my wife received from Caitlin was helpful for an issue with her neck. read more

Went for needed and necessary help for a pulled and Injured shoulder. Jarred was wonderful! sadly I had him talk with me through it so I could keep my mind off the pain BUT hoping next visit is more relaxing for me. They were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have some oils he can add to the massage for my shoulder and neck area to help me with relief but he was attentive and focused on my issues and looking for long term relief over time. I've been getting massages for 30 years, I had a massage for the first tone at this spa from Josh at the recommendation of my daughter. I would give him 10 stars if I could. he is very knowledgeable and effective. he is a medical massage therapist and you can tell. it isnt like any other massage I've ever gotten. To celebrate our anniversary, my husband and I decided to get a couples massage. We called Holistic Hands in the morning and the extremely pleasant receptionist made arrangements for another therapist to come in to work with the therapist that was already working that day so we could be seen at our preferred time. Wow and thank you!! Michelle was my therapist- she is an intuitive and highly skilled practitioner. She was very professional and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. She focused on the areas we discussed in our consultation and incorporated techniques that made such a huge difference for me. I left feeling so much more relaxed and calm. Having been to some of the chains and smaller massage locations in the area, Holistic Hands really is a must if the little things matter to you. This place do not use was a loyal customer for two years and the owner refused to reimburse me for massages that we had paid for in Advance. Reason is due to his business partner and him self parting ways. Have tried to resolve with Jeremy personally but told me my lost . I had a couple's massage with my husband a few weeks ago. I really wanted to like this place more but I just couldn't give it more than 3 stars. I worked at the front desk for a massage clinic a few years back and subsequently have experienced quite a few massages. I would say that Michelle was as good as any of the other therapists I have experienced (except for my favorite location in Fort Lauderdale which cannot be beat). My husband on the other hand did not enjoy his massage. He said that it simply was not enjoyable due to technique and that it was quite awkward at times with the torso of the massage therapist coming into contact with his limbs at times ( I guess that is the best way to describe it). So if you are going to book here book with Michelle, as I cannot vouch for the other therapists. read more

Holistic Hands exceeded my expectations. Michelle is the gal, to see, for sure. She had the perfect touch and allowed me to relax and enjoy, while she worked out all the kinks. Since it was my first time, I went with a Swedish massage and she went in deep, whenever she felt the need. She is quite knowledgable and truly feels what your body needs.
