The best massage I've ever gotten. I get massages once every 2 weeks and I can say this massage was the best I've ever had. Thai place is super friendly and super clean. Gloria my masseuse was fantastic. She was very professional. There is no funky business happening here so if that's what you're looking for go somewhere else. The only thing is their prices aren't up to date so I took a picture of their prices as of 2024. The place was clean, relaxing and cheaper than the hotel I was staying in. I attached the new prices to this review. I got the 90 minutes deep tissue after going all out and doing excursions everyday and partying most nights till 2am. Let me tell you I feel rejuvenated.

Reasonably priced, excellent service/attention, clean, inviting and seems the more services you request, the more they lower the price! Rooms were private, clean, nicely decorated and the staff is excellent at their massages! We got massages and facials, but didn't have to change room or get dressed for facial. Made it even more relaxing. If I ever come back, this place will be my first stop!

The place is a bit dated but the service is amazing! Jessy is great with the massage technique. We picked the Hollistic Massage. For the price we paid for, it was worth every penny. We have been to different spa inside and outside the resort but this one is the best. Hands down! Will be coming back to this place next time we visit Cancun

Very impressed with the massage here! Reasonably priced and they really work hard and work on your problem areas! We got the couples massage and got the 15 min fish therapy in the beginning, not need to spend money elsewhere to try! One thing that I thought was odd and caught me off guard is that they whisper in your ears when they talk to you. Other than that, if I'm back in town, I'm definitely visiting again! read more

Had the holistic massage ($89 USD) for 90 minutes. Elizabeth was great. She worked on all my knots. They start you with the fish therapy, offer you water, and then take you upstairs to your room. Parking is easy, right out front. Highly recommend. read more

Yesterday was our second trip back to Holistic Spa and as with the first time, it was time and money well spent. Clean, professional, smelled wonderful, temperature perfect, and really highly skilled masseuses. My wife and I had the 60 min Lymphatic massage, and she also got a manicure. Very very happy with both. Gloria and Ana were our masseuses and both were excellent. We are going back soon for the Holistic 90 minute massage before we head back home. It's a combo of deep tissue, swedish, reflexology and lymphatic. Looking forward to it and will update the review afterwards. Highly recommend! read more

Great experience! My husband and I did the 90-minute holistic massage for $90. It included 10 mins of a fish pedicure (awesome!) and 90 min massage. Our hotel was charging $160 for 50 mins so this was much better. We did a couples massage and had Suemy and Agustin. They both listened to our preferences. Maybe not as fancy as a hotel massage but definitely more reasonable and likely just as good. read more

Sylvia did my nails and I have to say she was the most talented nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. I don't speak Spanish but she was very patient and worked well with me regardless. My boyfriend also got a wonderful deep tissue massage. I decided to go to Holistic Spa based on Yelp reviews, so I figured I should write one myself. I asked for Barbara for my one-hour deep tissue massage (as suggested in the reviews) and it was great. Barbara checked in several times to ask if I needed more/less pressure, and she was able to provide an ACTUAL deep tissue massage! (As opposed to those massages where you sometimes just feel like you're being "pet"). Barbara hit all the correct spots/pressure points (and with a nice, deep pressure) that my therapist does at the chiropractic office I go to, which made the massage a 10/10 for me. I was surprised that this massage included some stretching, but it felt good so no complaints here. This massage was far better than I have gotten at any of the hotels here in Cancun! I would definitely come back. read more

My husband and I went to get a massage on Valentine's Day. I looked at the reviews for Holistic Spa and decided to give it a try! We are so glad we did! It was the best massage I have ever gotten. Excellente servicio! Super clean and friendly spot. Linda was amazing! Don't bother going to the overpriced "spas" at the resorts in Cancun. Everything we looked at was overpriced. I visited this Spa for a couple's 60-minute, deep tissue massage, and I was blown away. The massages were very well priced; especially since the massages at our resort were going to be 2X- 3X the amount of Holistic's prices. The masseuse knew all of the pressure points and hit each one very well. For some massages, typically you are asked of any problem regions, but that was not done for this visit. Anyway, I highly recommend this place if not for the massage, but to take a break from the resort life for a few minutes. read more

The experience at the Holistic spa was so amazing my massage therapist was awesome ! So relaxing Imelda was so great I would totally recommend the place was so relaxing and awesome relaxing music I would definitely go back and I would definitely advise u to go when u visit Cancun $45 For 1 hr full body massage u can't beat that being that I'm American from New York I definitely jumped on that deal ! Went to get a couples massage yesterday. The spa is right across the street from our resort ( Riu Palace Las Américas). Place is professional and clean. Got a massage and a fish therapy from Emma and Ely. They did an awesome job. They know what they're doing, plus they're so polite. Going back today for another round. read more

Great spa....for two massages and a manicure/pedicure the total price was $135. It was a special. I think the normal price is $10 more. The massage was great. The staff is very kind an professional. In addition, they give you a 10 minutes fish pedicure. I have done this before and it's always exciting to watch the fish go to work. I strongly recommend this place for Cancun travelers. Also, there is no funny business when you pay with your credit card. They do not charge more for the exchange rate like other places. Great place great location. It's right across from the RIU Cancun. read more

This place was really great. Each massage includes 10 minutes of the fish therapy. I got the deep tissue and my husband got the Traditional couples massage. It was great really worked deep into my tight knots and felt much more relaxed and less tense. read more

As I enter the parlor, it was very welcoming and every felt very chill. The person who gave me my massage was Linda, she was amazing at what she do. I got the full body massage and Linda found and relieved almost every knot in my body. I felt like I got all the demon squeezed out my body. I would highly recommend them! The massage was great. Very relaxing. I would just recommend you bring cash with you to pay. We decided to pay with CC and they charged us more money with the conversion rate. Their conversion rate was $22 pesos per dollar (when it's currently at $19 per peso), so we paid $3 pesos more per dollar. Total we paid for the massage was $120 including tip, but ended up being charged $134 (my credit card gives me the highest conversion rate). I was a little upset about that, but I would still come back and pay with cash instead. read more

My friend and I came here because of the positive reviews and we were not disappointed! I got a gel mani and regular pedi and she got a facial and pedi. Sylvia is an amazing and patient nail specialist. She did a very specific design for me which I had a photo of and had a good eye for detail. I am very pleased with my mani and pedi. My friend got a facial from Agusto and she was very pleased. Definitely come here if you want a free fish treatment, good mani pedi, and overall quality care! read more

Went for 2 massages - a deep tissue and relaxing for myself and my boyfriend. Very well priced. And professional as other reviews mentioned. But make sure to get a seasoned masseuse. I received my relaxing massage from a male masseuse and was nowhere near relaxed. Was left full of oil. Did not seem to know his pressure points or where to focus on. However my boyfriends deep tissue with Ema was great. read more

We got a great couples massage and exfoliation for half the price of how much our hotel was charging. The people were so nice. I definitely recommend a holistic 90 minute massage with full body exfoliation. I will be going back to get my manicure and pedicure today. The owner was very helpful and I was able to just text him through WhatsApp to schedule my appointment. It's very close to all the hotels and you can probably get there by just walking within 10 minutes. They have the fish spa but I did not try it. It looked interesting though. read more

While visiting for spring break my boyfriend and I were looking for places to get a massage, and when we finally found Holistic we made the appointment. They allow walk-ins, but we wanted to make an appointment so we can plan around our day. They were offering couples massage packages and every massage came with ten minutes of fish therapy. We ended up getting the one hour relaxation and swedish massage package for a hundred dollars . They made sure everyone was wearing a mask and everything was sanitized. Ana and Carmen did such an amazing job with our massages. They made sure we were comfortable and made sure that the pressure was good. We were given water before and after our massages. We definitely will be coming back for more on our next visit. read more

Best. Massage. EVER!! And i go every other week back home! I got 90 mins, and I don't remember the name of the guy that gave me my massage but it literally was one of the best! He found knots and easily worked them away instead of applying too much pressure right away which makes my knots feel worse, his technique made them disappear for once in my life, he did cupping with felt amazing, and hot stones. I wish i could fly down once a month!! read more

We then walked down this beautiful walkway into the hydrotherapy area. We began our experience with the sauna, which included cucumbers on eyes with a cooling rag on your head. Then came a shower. They give you 4 options, all are private showers with closing doors. I chose the one with the cold water bucket (it's literally a bucket that you stand under and pull a chain). Then came the steam room for a little over 5 minutes, followed y the cold plunge! After that freezing experience comes the massage pool, where you sit in warm water and have water jets massage you lower back. Finally came the big pool. The pool itself is pretty huge in size and has a waterfall spout you can stand under, water jets massage platforms in the pool, and water jets for your lower bag. My personal favorite was the two spouts that are shooting out water at a higher pressure as this really helped massage my neck, shoulders, and chest. Overall, I give this experience a 11/10. I definitely recommend the hydrotherapy spa experience if you're staying in Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

I got a deep tissue massage from Michel. She washed my feet and gave me the fish foot bath for free before the massage. Just before the massage she had me breathe in an aromatherapy oil and it was nice and calming. She was very sweet and her massage was amazing. The place was clean and professional. The oils she used smelled great and I liked still having it on my skin after. I usually do not like the oils at other places. Everything was perfect. I came back for a pedicure and the experience was also amazing. Better than ones I've gotten in the states. I received a facial from Linda. I chose to get the deep cleansing and she was very thorough. To be completely honest it was a bit uncomfortable at times but she cleaned out every blackhead and clogged pore. I forgot all about that when she put the soothing mask on and massaged my scalp, shoulders and feet. Boyfriend received a deep tissue massage and said his masseuse was very well trained. My facial was 70us and his deep tissue was 60$. Comparatively priced for all the massage places in the hotel zone. read more

My husband and I were skeptical initially because if the "free fish treatment". We are so happy we ventured from our hotel across the road and went. We had a couples deep tissue massage...best ever and came back a few days later for massage and pedicure. The staff is professional and so knowledgeable about the anatomy! I had my first deep tissue massage with Barbara. She was wonderful as she was able to work out many knots in my neck and upper back. She always asked if the pressure was too much or if I needed more.
