Prior to the massage, she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and the pressure I was comfortable with. The 30 minute session was very relaxing and seemed to fly by. To top it off, CWC is taking so many extra steps during COVID. The fitness center is spotless, and the employees are constantly cleaning and have their masks on. When we ask for updates we are gaslight and treated as if we are the problem. If UPMC can get away with gaslighting women at a wellness center, imagine how their healthcare providers gaslight and treat women. UPMC's handling of this situation is completely unacceptable!
