I explained I was leaving town the next day and asked if they could squeeze in just one quick treatment (less than 15 minutes). She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience.
