I reached out ahead half-expecting to be told that scheduling three people together for microneedling was logistically impossible, but the team here didn't even flinch. They got all of us in together, which honestly made the whole experience so much more fun than going solo. One of my friends had never done any kind of facial procedure before and the staff was incredibly warm and patient -- they walked her through everything before starting, and generally made the whole vibe feel way less intimidating. I just moved to San Diego and was excited to find a new med spa- this one had great reviews, so I booked 3 treatments over email for the same day. I received confirmations for everything as seen in attached. When I arrived, the front desk person acted like my presence was an inconvenience and simply said, "We don't have anyone here who can do that." I showed her the emails and she agreed I should've had appointments... but that was it. I explained I was leaving town the next day and asked if they could squeeze in just one quick treatment (less than 15 minutes). She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. First of all when you walk in, Diana is always so warm and welcoming. I don't know how she always remembers everyone's name! I went in for my quarterly Botox treatment. However, I inquired about some further treatment and loved how detailed the consultation was. Really helped me understand the dynamics behind aesthetic treatment.
