She gave me a far better, more natural look with Botox--softening the larger wrinkles while preserving my normal facial expressions and movement. She softened the collapsed areas, evened out my uneven lip lines (something that has bothered me my entire life), and somehow even made an old scar at the corner of my mouth virtually disappear. I just moved to San Diego and was excited to find a new med spa- this one had great reviews, so I booked 3 treatments over email for the same day. I received confirmations for everything as seen in attached. When I arrived, the front desk person acted like my presence was an inconvenience and simply said, "We don't have anyone here who can do that." I showed her the emails and she agreed I should've had appointments... but that was it. I explained I was leaving town the next day and asked if they could squeeze in just one quick treatment (less than 15 minutes). She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. First of all when you walk in, Diana is always so warm and welcoming. I don't know how she always remembers everyone's name! I went in for my quarterly Botox treatment. However, I inquired about some further treatment and loved how detailed the consultation was. Really helped me understand the dynamics behind aesthetic treatment. Called to make an appointment... Immediately impressed with the customer service received from the friendly and knowledgable receptionist. I explained what I needed done (lip injections to correct my lip after an accident); she answered all my questions, gave recommendations on what to do pre & post procedure, as well as what to expect. I got off the phone feeling confident with my choice to go here and looked forward to my appointment. Day of my appointment I went in... the office was a bit difficult to find... fyi it's located in the Von's shopping center in the medical plaza to the left. I walk into the clinic and am immediately welcome by smiling faces, I was treated as though I am a regular client and not a newbie. I filled out the paperwork and had my consultation with the nurse, she was understanding and listened my exact needs and concerns. Shortly after I found myself sitting in the treatment room waiting on the lidocaine and ice pack to fully numb me. A short 10 minutes later I was looking in the mirror to ensure I was happy with my immediate results. The healing process was explained to me and I was shortly on my way home. It has since been a few days since my appointment and I am more than happy with my results... and the healing is still taking place!
