They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue. Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.

You better look them up yourself because they don't tell you. I am no longer taking medications that were causing more harm than good. After seeing a certain doctor for a couple years not to mention any names but his initials are Andrew Coppola I asked MANA to start seeing another doctor cause I was tired of being disrespected by this one. I thought it was a fair request. I got a certified letter in the mail in a few days saying I wasn't welcome at MANA anymore. I called the office manager to ask why and was told "because you asked for another doctor. The doctors all work together and if you don't want to see a particular one then you can't see any of them." I guess it's just too much to ask to have a doctor that isn't rude, childish, and has a bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and find healthcare somewhere else.
