I went there yesterday to pick up my online order. They have a clear sign instructions posted in the store regarding online order. I followed what it says and VIVI (the name of the person at the register) told me curtly and with flat affect to wait in line eventhough I told her that I was picking up an online order. I did not wait in line but went straight to talk to Monica (the manager, I think) and she apologized for what had happened and immediately took me to the register and assisted me with my online order. While Monica was helping me at the register, VIVI who was next to her was just looking and no apology at all. I think VIVI should be reoriented again about the clear instructions for online order and not to tell customers to wait in line if they specificaly told her that they are picking up an online order. 5 star to Monica because she was very courteous, pleasant and smiling at the whole process. She was even apologizing for the wait which I did not mind at all. And for VIVI's lack of customer service skills and knowledge of store policy I give this place a 2 star. read more

This is my favorite mall! The whole atmosphere is great and very welcoming. I stopped in at the Hollister store and the team there immediately made me feel welcomed. I was helped by a few people, but the ones I remembered were Edmar and Vivi. They helped me find my size in there shirts, and showed me where I could find the best bang for my buck. It was so neat inside the store too. Almost like everything had just been dry-cleaned and ironed! I will definitely be coming back! read more

Terrible customer service! The manager is extremely rude!!! We've been waiting here in the fitting room waiting for over 10 min and when we asked one of the employees to open a room (Angel) and she ignored us. We asked again and she ignored us then looked at us and said "hold on!" Then continued to chat with her coworkers. Finally she came over and rudely opened the fitting to door. I asked her who her manager was and she stated she was the manager so I asked who her supervisor was and she replied rudely that she was the highest manager then walked away. WOW!!!!! Then an employee (Megan) came over to apologize and she was very nice. She stated that both her and Angel held equal positions as key holders. Hmmm so Angel lies about being the highest manager here. Ridiculously poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here u less you want to be treated like crap. read more

Not sure if management will even see this but I figured they should know how they're employees act towards customers. I went there last Friday night (3/25) and literally felt like I didn't want to be there because of the awakened vibes. I came in at 7:30. I made sure the store wasn't close to closing because I never want to be that person that walks in minutes to closing time. I looked and noticed it doesn't close till 9 so I figured it would be fine. I walked in and there was no music and the employees didn't say a word. While I was looking for shorts, a rude employee told me for me to just let her find my size. It came across as if she didn't want me messing up her folded clothes. She made a sigh sound and got my sizes. I asked for a dressing room at around7:45 and the girl at the cash register told me the dressing rooms close at 7. I was confused because there were about 3 other people in the dressing room when she said this and it. I could tell they just wanted everyone gone but come on, it was an hour and a half before closing when I got in there. Show a little respect when you're on the job. read more

Quaint little shop loaded with various styles of jeans and other casual attire. Everything clean and in order. We were assisted by a cute little Brazilian gal named Mayra. She loaded me up with various pairs of jeans to try on. I was able to take advantage of the buy a get a pair 1/2 off and got an overall good deal. I must add that if she hadn't have helped there wasn't a lot of customer support from the other folks hiding about. Don't expect the greatest customer service here. They pretty much just greet you (if that) and then continue on talking about the next party they all want to attend to. The clothes are alright. Pretty expensive for something they always have every season. They only thing they change is MAYBE the colors. Don't forget to bring a gas mask and a flashlight. I'm so glad they finally have a Hollister store in Brentwood. Love the clothes, the price and the staff are friendly. Since they've opened, I have already purchased tons of sweat pants, hoodies, shirts, and accessories. Jeans are too small though and great for narrow/small/extra petite backsides. LOL. I need Seven for All Mankind. =0) One thing though is that when you walk in, all the young staff say, "What's Aaaahhp (emphasis on the Up)????" LOL OMG!!! Kinda irritating cause it's so fake. Honestly I've never had issues with customer service and I am not the type of person to complain about things but today when I went to Hollister, I just had the worst customer service. I was trying to return some jeans that I had purchased online but accidentally took off the tags but had my receipt and the girl that helped me at first was super nice and was even telling me that I can do an even exchange but had to ask her manager first. So once she asked her according to the manager I couldn't return items without the tags. I found it super odd that I couldn't return them because I did have my receipt and they were never worn. So once she told me no I had to do my research and called the Hollister in concord. The girl who answered my call was super sweet & helpful and she had told me that I could return them no matter what as long as I had my receipt. So then I called the Hollister in Brentwood and asked. The manager answered and i was explaining to her and she says "oh you have your receipt?" Like that should've been the very first thing for her to ask before saying no that I couldn't return them. She tells me that I can go back and she could help me but when I got there she was just giving attitude & of course I did too because the energy she was giving me was not it. I honestly feel like as a manager she should know her store policies and be more helpful to the customers instead of giving attitude just because I corrected her on her returning policies. I was looking for a Anniversary gift not related to the typical Chocolate, Jewelery, Flowers, or Gift Cards for my 11 th Anniversary. My wife is the type of person to say "you don't have to get anything", but when you show up empty handed; I feel like you should of least gotten a card. I was actually looking for the Banana Republic, but stumbled upon the Hollister Co. I wanted to get Jeans and possibly a top for the Wifey. The store had a Skinny Jeans sale and also 1/2 of all Hoodies and Sweaters. The Skinny Jeans were also 1/2 off and there was a large selection of Sweaters. Being a "dude" I was looking for some help and maybe some one to show me around a bit. There were 2 people on the floor, but were too into organizing and straightening. I wound up finding a pair of Jeans and a Red Hoodie on my own. I actually had to "flag" a girl down to assist me. She was Friendly and rang me and I was out in no time. Unfortunately, I have to swap the Jeans because I goofed on the size. Good thing I kept the receipt and tags. At least Wifey likes the Hoodie and wears it often. read more
