I don't typically review large retailers unless an experience motivates me. Today's visit at…read moreNordstrom Topanga did it. The End-of-Season sale was going on so we decided to browse. I'm usually a "leave me alone while I shop" kind of girl, but I do appreciate being acknowledged when walking in an area. Nordstrom does this well in a casual, non-overbearing way. In the Men's section, I found a couple nice pairs of AG jeans and shirt for the husband that I thought he should try on. As we approached the dressing room with another couple, two sales associates appeared to assist. Randy was ours. I sat on a small couch inside the dressing room. As my husband came out to show me the fit of each item, Randy would come in to check if we needed anything. As we exited the dressing room, he was there to take our items for purchase and put back the ones we didn't want. We browsed some more, then made our way back to the register -- Randy was right behind us. I didn't have my Nordstrom card with me. Randy walked me through the steps of securely accessing my account without the faintest sign of inconvenience. This young man was impressively knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He provided just the right amount of personal service.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I found the manager to be rude and dismissive. I then contacted Nordstrom customer service and was told they could not override the store manager's decision, but apologized for the managers rude behavior As a customer of more than 30 years, I am seeking clarification of Nordstrom's return policy and a review of how this matter was handled... I demanded a review of the decision and I sent pictures .. I can't believe Nordstroms right now .. at this point my number one store is not on my fav list

It is beautiful and has a lot of upscale stores, two food courts, and lots of specialty stores as well. It has a Nordstrom and Macy's. I believe the Neiman Marcus store closed. They feature places like Balenciaga, Prada, Gucci, and Boss, and have shops like Honey Birdette and Laderach chocolates. The mall is really beautiful with a lot of indoor lighting and is mostly two levels, but has a movie theater on a third level. We did not make it to the village across the street, but it is supposed to be really nice as well. This is a top mall in SoCal and worth checking out even if you just want to get some exercise and shop. We ate at the massis kabob for lunch. Great gyros plates. I believe the main food court is being renovated and some of the eateries closed, but like I mentioned earlier they added an additional food court. Very impressive mall. 5 star mall all the way.

Westfield Topanga is the earliest enclosed shopping malls in the San Fernando Valley and is located…read morein the Warner Center business district. The shopping mall used to have an extension called The Village at Westfield Topanga, but it was sold to Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke in 2023 and is no longer affiliated with Westfield. [Parking]: Free parking at the shopping mall with no time restrictions, but the parking lot near AMC (facing Victory Blvd) was completely packed on Saturday afternoon. It is best to park in the parking structure facing Owensmouth Ave for a better parking experience. [Retails]: This is a really nice Westfield mall that caters to all visitors. The mall has a luxury collection with brands like Burberry, Gucci, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, and Celine. For those who are interested in modern collectibles, there are stores like Pop Mart, Qtoy, Sanrio, Miniso, LEGO, and Cash Cards Unlimited (a trading card store) to check out. The mall also has more practical beauty and clothing retailers such as Sephora and UNIQLO. Other anchor stores include Nordstrom, Target, and Macy's. [Topanga Social]: Westfield Topanga renovated the old Sears space into a new food hall called Topanga Social in 2023 and a new AMC Theatre in 2022. There are about 50% vacant food stalls as of July 2026, but this is also where visitors can find pop-up experiences such as The Loop (currently collaborating with Crunchyroll on a free immersive anime exhibit), JINYA Ramen Bar, Wanderlust Creamery, and Red Door Escape Room. There are TVs and tables where visitors can sit and watch sports games, but the TVs are muted. [Dining Terrace]: Dining Terrace is one of those classic food courts you would find in any mall and is located on the second level. While I was not surprised to see Panda Express, Genghis Khan BBQ Grill, and Chipotle, it was interesting to find food stalls like IJ Sushi Burrito that sells sushi burrito and poke bowl. [Other notes]: Neiman Marcus was closed earlier this year at this location due to the bankruptcy of its parent company. Cheesecake Factory and Chubby Cattle are also located at this mall. [Conclusion]: I am a big fan of this Westfield mall and can easily see myself revisiting this mall whenever I am in the San Fernando Valley area.

Majority of the time whenever I stop by any one of these types of store, I go for the home department and decors. It used to just be Marshalls but they have branched out and combined with Home Goods. You still have all your clothing which can be a bit of a struggle looking for something. I feel if you're searching for something, more than likely you won't find it. Come with an open mind and I'm sure you'll walk out with something. They do have a massive clothing sections. More for female as most places tend to be. But their home section is quite impressive. Furniture and sort are alway good. It's a hit or miss if you're looking for a pair of something as a lot of the stores tend to get one or maybe a pair if you're lucky. But besides that, they have a pretty nice selection on everything home decors. Accent chairs, accent tables, lamps, mirrors, rugs, bedding, kitchenware, and so on. A very good selections. With home furniture, I do sense that the prices have gone way up from what they used to be with items carried here. You can still get somewhat of a deal but some of the items are same prices as you would find in more of the boutique stores. Each stores will carry different items as they get certain things delivered to their locations. I checked with one of the staff to see how often or when furniture gets delivered which she replied that delivery is pretty much all week but they never know what will be sent. It's a fun store to walk through and check the isles. I'm sure you'll find some treasure when you're not looking for anything. Plus they do have some designer items.

It looks like someone defecated all over the seat and crumbled up feces, covered toilet paper wads, and threw them on the floor. There was a literal pile of dirty toilet paper like you'd see in a hoarder's house there was urine all over the floor next to the toilet and it looks like someone peed in the corner by the door. I grabbed my daughter's hands and said absolutely not and left the store because it was so gross. I couldn't even continue shopping, knowing that they allow their bathroom to get that disgusting.

I must honestly report that although most sales associates are well-trained in providing pleasant customer service, no one had provided me with extraordinary superior customer service than a very charming and gracious sales associate in the Mackenzie-Childs Gift Department at Canoga Park Neiman Marcus named: Tiffany. She overshined all with her genuine kindness, professionalism, charm, and her williness to go "Above and Beyond" to give her customers an overall top-notch "Class A" shopping experience! I have searched all Neiman Marcus in Southern California to find outstanding customer service and I found it from Tiffany! She gave me what no other sales associate in Southern California provided me, that one-on-one personalized attention that made me feel "Welcome" in the store as well as recommendations and suggestions on purchasing my items. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I drove to the Canoga Park Neiman Marcus Store to return two beautiful unused Christmas Tree Skirts which were purchased on sale. But after returning, Tiffany suggested that I should just hold on to them for the next Christmas Holiday to avoid paying full price in the upcoming holiday season and she was abosolutely right, so after returning them I purchased them back the same day! Now if that isn't great customer service than I don't know what is! I am now going to be a regular shopper but only at the Canoga Park Neiman Marcus Store because I've found the "Crème de la crème" as far as sales associates go. TIFFANY IS THE BEST!!!

I showed up at Neiman Marcus on Topanga Canyon Blvd with the pants, thinking they would fix it. Instead, I was faced with the ridiculous behavior of a seamstress named Goldie, who started arguing with me, claiming that she did a good job and that she didn't see the difference between the left and right sides. The manager told me that she did not see the difference either. Are you kidding me? Two salespeople told me that they could see that the left side was longer. I was able to prove my point only when the second seamstress came over, took a measurement, and confirmed that the left side was much longer! It's crazy how they messed up such a simple situation instead of just fixing it. Additionally, an Armenian salesperson who works there with a Hermes belt is very rude and aggressive. When you ask her about something, she responds with arrogance, saying that she's busy. I believe she thinks that she's a queen of Neiman Marcus or something. Since Neiman Marcus is about to shut down, I hope I never have to meet her at any Neiman Marcus, especially at the Beverly Hills location, as I shop there quite often.

I had to speak to the manager about the sanitation of her restroom cleaning protocols, it truly concerns me although it's not my local target. I really hope the store manager takes it seriously and make a possible change for the future . It's more than marking an initial on the cleaning checklist.
