Just a week or two ago they were able to press one of my jersey. I didn't have the number kit and advise me to get one and they would be able to press it I mean I'm reasonable, and I understand rules can change, but I did buy my jersey on your website and still not be able to get it pressed is a bit disappointing. After I left the store I called two of their other locations. Both of them told me they could press my jersey and that I would just need to pay for the jersey number installation. That left me confused because I was getting completely different answers from different Nicky's Sports locations. I called back to speak with the manager Jason hoping to get some clarification. Unfortunately he didn't seem very concerned and simply told me he had to follow the owner's instructions. I understand there may be some risk involved with pressing customer jerseys and I respect that. My issue is that there doesn't seem to be consistent communication or policies between locations. If the policy has changed it should have been communicated clearly to both employees and customers. What should have been a quick and simple service turned into a frustrating experience. Because of this I won't be doing business with Nicky's Sports anymore in person or online. I'll be buying my jerseys elsewhere, or to another local shop that values having values there business while displaying good communication and customer service.

I asked the worker in the front with glasses and he checked and told me that in their system, it looks like the Santa Anita mall might have the one I wanted but for the older season which I was fine with so he helped me call to make sure they have it but unfortunately it was an error in their system but I appreciate the help and wonderful service I was given! Most of the snowboard items right now are recently priced as they carried a lot of items from previous seasons.

I came right when they open so I was the first customer inside. I looked at some of their tshirts and a worker told me about their current deals right now. I then walked to the skateboard area and they had some nice boards on the wall. They seem fully stocked today and I like some of the designs on the shirts they had. I also looked at their sunglasses since I saw they carried Oakley brand here. They carry Nixon watches here as well if you're interested. I had a good experience here this morning and didn't have any issues.

However, I was so disappointedly shocked to see that the shoe section at this location is next to nothing. They are definitely more focused on lifestyle clothing and some actual athletic wear. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change.

His behavior was not friendly at all. No greeting, no apologizing for blocking the isle. I used to love this store, since they have a variety of merchandises that are not available in other stores. But the customer service was a big turn off for me. Young Cashier lady was friendly and greeted me right away. The transaction was smooth and made up for the annoying behavior of sales floor staff. This store has a variety selection of shirts, accessories, bags and shoes. They carry merchandises that you can't find in other Valley locations, but just need to be patient with the sales floor people.
