After a failed attempt at a biopsy, and an MRI, he said I should schedule ASAP as it could be cancerous. Spent a week in the hospital and had all my female organs removed for absolutely NO good reason. Went home and woke up in the middle of the night bleeding from my incision. I was taken to the hospital, where they said they needed to redo the incision. Cut again, then off the Wound Surgeon, where I was put on a Wound Vacuum and told to drive 30 minutes each way to the hospital. I almost passed out driving myself to the hospital the first day. My attorney said to tell them to put me back in the hospital till I could drive again. In the meantime, my nurse sister-in-law convinced her superior that I needed home health care, so back I went home, and had a nurse come to visit every day for three months to tend to the Wound Vac. My nurse is now a good friend, and told me a few years later, that if I did not have such a positive attitude I would have certainly been dead. Now I have a distinctly ugly scar, a very rounded stomach and really wished I had sued. This is not the practice of good medicine.

He then said "Looks like you're going to have a painful weekend," and left the room in a huff. If I could give him zero stars out of five I would. I would not send my worst enemy to him.

That's not too bad because I try to keep my visits to near zero. When I am home, I only have a couple weeks to work with on any one trip. Lately I had a problem swallowing, so I made an appointment - I had to go into my Primary care office to have a consultation so they could say "oh, you need a specialist appointment - we will refer you". The specialists said I have to come in for a consultation before they will schedule anything. That made this visit a waste of time because they are scheduling 2 months or more into the future. They also said - "you should have been able to get this done at your primary care office, I don't know why they didn't take care of it". The primary care office disagreed and argued their point with ME. Seriously?? Anyway, I had to leave the states with 1) a bill for services not rendered and 2) no answers or help. So I am back in Japan, near a very good Hospital and they said they can help, but they would like a referral from my Primary care. The Office in Silverdale said they can't provide a referral outside the US. These people are stupid, and worthless. Not to mention greedy. Now, I'm not sure where to limit my attribution of "Stupid and worthless" because I never got to address any of this other stuff to Doctor Congdon. He may be right that I needed to do something at the other office, but all I got was a required office visit for consultation with another built in long delay. And the staff argued with ME that the other staff should have helped me. So I got nothing. With these people and their f'd up program it will take a long to time not get what you need, and you will pay for it, and they don't give a shit. Take your business elsewhere - CHI-Franciscan is a money hungry worthless beast to work with. You can't get what you need here. Go somewhere else. I am filling out the forms to get my records out of their hands now. I will not go to another CHI-Franciscan affiliated clinic. You should not either.
