When the woman at Legacy (perhaps Mrs. Claus) saw our dachshund on property she was so excited that she wanted to bring him in to have his photo taken with Santa. Our four year old was able to see Santa too, it was a real treat! A special day and a magical backdrop. It even snowed during our photo shoot! Highly recommend, we will be back.

They burn down in a spiral shape, but then, instead of running out at the end of the spiral, it transforms to a wick in the middle. Very clever (see my pics) Customer service was great. They answered all my questions and seemed so happy to help. I learned you can also rent out the space and have a candle making party as long as you have 6 people. They will make a charcuterie board and host a great time of making candles with you. When I made my candle, it was ready for pick up the next day and it smelled delicious!

What was delivered was the basic arrangement, with 12 blooms, and not even well arranged. It looks like twelve tulips from the flower distributor, thrown into a vase. Absolutely not worth the over $100 we paid for a deluxe arrangement. We are now looking for a new florist in Spokane for our future needs.

They do charge a delivery fee of $15 and an 'online convenience fee' of $3.99 (I feel this is absurd. I work in retail, small business located in Hawaii and we never charge extra fees for online). At any rate, I paid the extra fees and placed my order. When my friend received her bouquet, she sent me a photo. It was gorgeous and she said it smelled amazing. There was a good mix of open flowers and some getting ready to bloom. Did I like the extra fees? Nope. But, seeing the beautiful bouquet and being able to surprise my friend made the fees sting a bit less.

I have one other soapstone animal from Kenya that I got from a friend from Kenya, so it was exciting to find these at Kizuri. Everything was well marked and they provided everything we need-saw, measuring pole, etc. They hauled our tree out of the field for us as well as taking it to our car after they bundled it. Wonderful family owned Christmas tree farm with beautiful land and great service. Went there today…read moreand cut down two trees. They have a wide variety of trees both u-cut and pre-cut. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the owner of the farm. He quickly explained how the u-cut process works as we warmed ourselves by the fire. Let me tell you, this place has amazing service!! They are a well oiled machine! We were provided with a saw, tarp for kneeling on the ground, and tag for marking our tree. They even have pvc pipe pre cut at certain heights so you can accurately measure the height of your tree! After you've picked and cut your tree, all you have to do is drag it a short distance to the main path. From there the tree is picked up, shaken, and bundled for transport by staff. While you are waiting for you tree to be prepared and loaded, you can mozy through the gift shop while drinking complementary hot cocoa or cider. I think we found our spot for a new family tradition! When he finally showed up, he didn't have any helpers. He dropped limbs on other small trees without any concern for damage. I had to help clean up the branches because he doesn't have employees. Couldn't get him to stay on the job more than 4 hours at a time so it took several days to finish. He never returned to do the clean out on the two trees that I paid extra for. Every time I called, he blew me off. There are lots of other tree guys. Pick one of them! You'll thank me.

I would like to thank these folks for taking care of a large problem during recent wind storm…read more It was a 75 yr old blue spruce that blew over in my front yard. 70 ft tall and 30 inches in diameter. They came promptly and gave me an estimate of both time and money. When they could get to it I had assured them it was not an emergency on my part and money which they were exactly as estimated. The gentlemen who cut up and cleaned up my tree were extremely professional, thorough and fast. There was no needles or sawdust when they left. Great Job
