So they put one of those peach pick up packages slips in my mail box. And I have to go to town to get my packages. We live on a gravel road and they come flying down the road. We are all the time getting someone else's mail. I wouldn't even give them the one star.

I filed a missing package report and received a call the next day saying the package had been delivered to the wrong address, and that I would receive it the following day. That explanation didn't sound believable--how could they be so sure they'd get it back from the wrong address? Still, I did end up receiving the package later that same day. At this point, I suspect this location marks packages as "delivered" before actually dropping them off, possibly hoping customers won't notice or report it. I also received regular mail that same day, which tells me the carrier just didn't want to get out of the truck and bring the package to my door. I've also had issues with possible theft. I once ordered an ice maker that was marked as delivered but never arrived. After reporting it, I was told the merchant had entered the wrong address--another excuse that didn't add up. When I reordered the same item, it came in a box clearly showing what was inside, which makes me think it may have been stolen the first time. I genuinely hate when my packages are shipped through this Post Office. I always prefer other carriers because I've never had these kinds of problems with them.

You can also schedule an appointment to apply for passports at this location. Employees are generally pretty friendly and welcoming. No USPS Kiosk available at this location but they do have PO Boxes to rent and also have scales available. They have an assortment of shipping accessories, greeting cards and stamps available for purchase.

In fact last time, I was there very recently, someone named Jasmine, apparently saw me bumbling around with one of those self print stickers and my package and personally adhered it, and made sure that my package was taped sufficiently and mailed it! I mean, this is the kind of thing people are looking for in any employee: anticipating issues and handling them. And this is exactly the kind of service I can expect at this post office. Now do I wish that they still had dropbox outside so I didn't have to go in? Yes. But that is not a branch decision or certainly not by the branch employees.

The ladies that work here are super friendly even though it is almost always busy busy busy here! They do have P.O. Boxes here but keep in mind that you can only have access to them when the Hallmark store is open....and you can't mail international packages here.
