My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.

I am disappointed in the service I received when picking up print orders placed on June 25, 2021 and August 23, 2021. The order placed on June 25th was not ready when I arrived at the store, even though I called in advance after the order was due to be completed and was told the order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, the associate had not started the print job. I waited in the store close to 30 minutes then left and came back for the order later that day. The order placed on August 23rd was not ready when I called to check the status of the order two hours after the order was scheduled to be completed. During the call, the manager told me they had issues opening the documents included in the order and offered to waive the cost of the print job. The manager didn't keep his word to waive the charges even after I emailed the stored to notify them that the charges had processed on my credit card. The store may be fine to drop off packages for shipment, but take your print order elsewhere.
