This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The nail technician took over two hours to do my nails, and the final result was disappointing. My nails are chunky, uneven, and messy. Before we started, I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted, and she assured me she could do it. However, when it came time for the design, I only asked for a simple checker pattern, and she wasn't able to do it. On top of that, there are chunks of acrylic all underneath my nails, and nail polish is smeared in multiple places. The overall quality of the work was very poor, and the finished nails look nothing like what I requested. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

My sister and I are looking for a new salon nearby to where we moved. We heard this was a great place but today we went for our first time and we WONT be going back. My girl was just flat out rude. She didn't smile. I tried to make a little small talk etc. She dug into my cuticles so much i almost cane off the chair twice and there was a little blood. I said OUCH and she never stopped or looked up, My sister was watching everything. Then it came time for my "massage" ... did i say massage... It was a 30 second "light rub" and it was over. I kept waiting to see if maybe she was going to do the massage at the end. But nope... and my sister paid for a more expensive pedicure and hers lasted maybe two minutes. Mine was just flat out stressful. When she was "done" she just pushed her stool away. Didn't help me with my shoes or getting out of the chair. One of the other technicians helped me. Please note. I do not like to give negative reviews. It has taken me well over a month of serious soul searching, but in the end I need to post this to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. The mani & pedi I had on 3/17/26 was AWFUL, AWFUL!!! PLUS both nail techs talked about and LAUGHED AT ME right to my face!! I have never been made to feel more demoralized in my life all because I asked for my nails to be short, square and smooth so that I wouldn't scratch myself or run my pantyhose -- A SIMPLE request that I made when I first sat down. The woman that did my pedi used a metal grater that removed so much skin from the bottom of my feet that I couldn't hardly walk for 3 days, and it hurt terribly for over a week! The odd thing was the area she scraped and scraped didn't have hardly any need for such a device. The actual caluses were never even touched!! It seemed almost as if it was done out of spite. They knew that my son's wedding was in 3 days too. So after this brutal pedi, I could barely walk, dance or do anything during the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception or the farewell brunch. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! The skin on the bottom of my feet was so damaged that it was bright red for nearly 3 weeks! Most businesses treat their customers nicely if only to have repeat business. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would treat their client with such vile behavior ESPECIALLY when I was so kind, curteous and tried to be engaging. Oh and that was the second time the manicurist treated me like that. If you don't like what you do, don't take it out on your paying client. I will never go back there EVER EVER again!! By the way, I just got a mani & pedi this evening from another salon and am absolutely thrilled with how my nails look!! That salon over on Lake Pleasant Rd treated me with such love that I can't wait to go back there!! read more

This is my 2nd and last time at this salon. The only bilingual tech on the floor literally yells your service request to everyone on the floor--it's completely off-putting. My tech didn't once make eye contact with me nor communicate with me in any way. And although I picked the color twice a different color was in the bottle from the sample. I got a gel manicure and so far it was held up for 6 days without issue. But the lack of professionalism is a complete turnoff. And the price was very high too. $55+ tip for a gel mani is too high. read more

Came in for a pedicure. I wanted a French tip with a blue hibiscus flower on my big toes. Simple and easy. I had regular nail polish on my toes but was getting this done in gel. The girl doing my pedicure was very sweet but didn't know how to do either. This was my first chance to get a pedicure in almost two years. I'm a busy mom and don't get these opportunities often so it was definitely sad for me to have this be my moment and it not work out. $67 for a foot rub is what I paid and that's just crazy to me. read more

The lady kept trying to use dirty tools I had to request 3 times that she use tools out of the package and then she tossed 3 rings of colors in my lap and asked 10 times what color? I don't understand why I'm paying a premium for a service that one being rushed through. And then when I explained I wanted gel polish (crazy right) she got upset with me saying I couldnt do the pedicure I selected because of the gel. She got angry with me and then brought 3 other workers over to talk to me. I just wanted to sit down and relax and have a pedicure and now I have 3 employees yelling at me what color what shape what do you want like I hadn't already told them several times. I wasn't even asking for anything crazy. I just wanted a pedicure to get my nails trimmed and shaped and some gel polish I don't understand why it was such a hassle. To add to it it was a very small area and now all the other customers were staring as well. Truly awful. I will add the Second Lady came over and was kind and patient I appreciated her service but by this point I was so overwhelmed and over it. With the hundreds of nail salons available, I think I'll skip this one. With no one there who speaks adequate English, the communication barrier made my visit poor. Not only did they not trim my nails round like I asked, but the color and design wasn't what I asked for either. The quality was that of a student in training.After trying to communicate with two ladies, I gave up and just let them finish so I could get out of there. My old polish on my toes was not completely removed and showing on sides of a few toenails. Did I mention that no one thanked me for my business or my tip. Also, since the two ladies knew I wasn't pleased, they literally sat there and talked Vietnamese and giggled the whole time. Due to our regular go to nail tech cancelling us last minute we decided to try this place based on reviews. My husband and I do Pedi's together: I called for an appointment and they were able to fit us in. Promptly went to our chairs upon arriving. I got the basic Pedi, i usually like to start with basic, if basic is good then I'll upgrade. It was the express pedi which includes basic soak, trim nails, cuticles (I skip this process due to bad nicks and bleeding), scrub callous/feet and light massage, paint nails, it was very expressed alright, maybe a total of 20 minutes due to not doing cuticles. Scrub of callous/feet was 2 swipes at the most and very weak. Massage was also very weak but ok. I guess you get what you pay for. My husband's pedi was the upgraded one with hot rocks and more care, he also opted out of cuticle care as well but his nail tech nicked him and painful as she used the cuticle instrument to trim his nails instead of the nail clipper! Big NO NO according to health code violations! She laughed it off and still used it on his other nails which he told her not to. Once that process was over, he did enjoy the rest of the massage. Not sure if we will be back ‍ maybe for just a quick cleanup for our feet read more

So I went in for the first time and got short almond nails done. They don't push back cuticles or use cuticle oil they just use the machine, maybe it's my mistake I used almond nails but they look funny and bulky. I mentioned the bulkiness to the tech and she said it's because the shape of the nails, I said ok and asked her to do one finger and she did but she didn't seem happy. Not attitude but annoyed. I've been here twice, once around Christmas for a SNS manicure and the other on 1/5 around 3:30pm for another SNS manicure and a pedicure. Both times my nails have looked great, even when I questioned the process lol. I made both appointments through yelp, and have been told they prefer if you go on their website / call directly. The first appt. I did wait about 30 minutes for a nail tech to start my nails (I did get them soaked off though). They just wanted me to have a certain tech do my nails which I appreciate too. I let the guy pick my color for my and we did a Matte pine green and it was cute and different than the usual holiday nail. Second time I did ask to be served closer to my appt time and they delivered. I was out of there by 5pm and my nails look great. I got a light grey purple shade and we matched my toes as well. They also played dance music, not your usual pop station. There is one nail I'm going to make pointier, but that's my own fault for not saying something while I was there still. No worries. Overall I liked both experiences still and have gotten tons of compliments on both sets. Will be back. read more

Update: changing from 5 stars to 1. Worst experience I have had at a nail salon. First off I think the manager was doing my nails and he seemed so focused on everyone else besides my nails and kept texting clients. Kept getting up and just leaving me there. I wanted a bright yellow but he put a white base on underneath and the color is more goldish. You can also see where he didn't put the white and there's the bright yellow under it. It's all clumpy and the polish is bubbling after 2 days. He started another client after putting my top coat on and left me to decide for myself when to take my nails out of the UV light. read more
