He is supposed to help members with the machines and workout items. However,he is a bully and yelled at me and verbally abused me on multiple occasions. There is another gym staff person there named Ying, she is kind, helpful, and respectful. Sal works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, SO STAY AWAY ON THOSE DAYS. I am handicapped and he verbally abused me on multiple occasions. The transportation service at the center is incredibly convenient and most of the drivers are excellent, respectful, and kind. After a year with Access,these drivers are a breath of fresh air.

The setup is nice too with the lobby area and the coffee machine area. They do have a shop, but they don't have beer or wine which is not very smart for a hotel. Customer service is a hit and a miss. Some of the employees are willing to go the extra mile and some are not. That's why I deducted one star. Also, our room was very hot, and the receptionist kept telling us that it takes 10 minutes for the compressor takes ten minutes. An hour later we were still dying (they offered to switch our room). They ended up replacing the heater/AC unit while we were out. The unit was noisy though. Because of the issue with the heat, I deducted one star only and not more because they tried. There's plenty of parking, and the windows are well insulated that if you don't open them, you don't hear the noise. Also they had unique black out curtains that fit in channels that don't allow any light to come through. I need them for my bedroom. We will definitely give them another shot.

Attended an event here. Was very upset when I returned to my car and found that the window had been…read moresmashed and items had been stolen. While waiting for my insurance agent to respond, I had to walk to the corner of Bothell Way to flag her down, since the Community Center is on an unlit street seemingly in the middle of nowhere, and she wasn't able to find me right away. When we returned to my car, found a nasty note from the "Manager" threatening to tow my car away from the center since it is considered "private property" and mine was the last vehicle left on the lot, so apparently they thought I was not parked there legitimately. Honestly what a joke. Bad venue, dangerous neighborhood, ridiculously poor management. Definitely would not recommend, and I will not be returning.
