At $400/year with an additional $365 fee (for a repair that has yet to happen) you'd think that they'd be kinder to members: willing ask questions to find out more information, give members the benefit of the doubt or simply just speak to them kindly. But no, several times these new staff members have been aggressive, combative and simply unkind. Especially so to my teenager, a rule following card carrying member. Every time she comes by, she gets yelled at and told that she's not following the rules, which seem to change from person to person, day to day. It's just too bad when something you've adored for so long and was once a place of peace is now a place where entitled staff consistently find new ways to be less than kind to their customers.
