NOW 60 days out we are being told otherwise and with absolutely little care. This low on their part is going to cost us thousands of dollars. The front desk worker we spoke to today was so nonchalant and had no clue how to do the very basics of her job. To say I'm pissed is an understatement.

Bell boasts the best pools but you cannot swim in water that is only 80°! All they do is argue if you bring it up. Very unprofessional behavior by all. That lap pool is only used for swim team. I am disgusted with this and will never buy another privilege card. What a waste of money for me, I deserve a refund!

We ended up going back a couple days later and getting the annual membership. A couple gripes. The first time we went in, the people at the counter didn't explain anything to us. I had a bogo coupon that they almost didn't let me use. But they ended up allowing it, didn't explain the time limit or that wristbands, didn't point anything out. I obviously figured it out but it would have been nice to receive some information as first time guests. Also a little annoying that you have to use their grip socks. I specifically have grip socks for my daughter for different bounce places so I brought them but was told I had to buy them from them for $5. It's $5.49, actually, that I saw on the receipt. All grip socks are the same.
