He was able to sign me up very quickly. I absolutely love the easy accessibility with key fob or AF app and the fact that it's open 24/7. I personally enjoy that the cardio machines have live TV to watch on it. It has a very good section for powerlifters as well as everything you need for a good weight session. There is usually just a handful of people or sometimes you might even have the whole gym to yourself. There's always music playing. I appreciate also that they do play Kpop. It's a very clean gym with individual restrooms and private shower area in the restroom. Overall, a small gym that makes you feel comfortable to be there with plentiful parking. I would definitely recommend this gym!

Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

Planet Fitness Buckeye (Watson Rd) -- police called over a $5 drink dispute…read more I'm posting this as a factual account of what happened this morning at the Planet Fitness in Buckeye on Watson Rd. I have been a Planet Fitness member since December 2024. My wife has been a member just as long, and my two sons are also members. I hadn't visited this specific location in roughly a year and a half, and I came in today to sign up my niece as a new member. I also had my other niece with me (an infant). We spent approximately 12-15 minutes in the lobby attempting to complete the signup process. We initially tried using the app, but due to payment issues, a front desk employee offered to complete the registration manually. We remained patient and cooperative during this process. While waiting, I grabbed a Muscle Milk Zero Sugar from the cooler because I was thirsty. Before opening it, I asked the employee to ring it up. I was told to wait until the signup transaction was completed. I asked again later and was told the same thing. While still waiting, I opened the drink and took a sip, operating under the reasonable assumption I would be paying for it immediately once the employee finished assisting my niece. After one sip, I realized the product was not drinkable for me due to the taste. When it was time to pay, I made a simple request: exchange the drink for another item of equal value, or provide store credit. I was not asking for anything free, discounted, or additional. The employee refused any exchange. I then stated that if an exchange was not allowed, I did not want the product and offered to return it. I was told they would charge me regardless. At that point, a manager named Chris became involved and escalated the situation by threatening to contact law enforcement -- and ultimately called Buckeye PD over a $5 concession issue. I remained calm, did not threaten anyone, and did not behave aggressively. I simply disagreed with being forced to pay for an item after requesting a fair exchange. Police arrived and advised that once opened, the product is treated as theft regardless of the amount. To end the situation and avoid further disruption, I paid. This was an unnecessary escalation and an embarrassing example of poor customer service and judgment. If this location's standard response to a reasonable exchange request is to involve law enforcement, the public deserves to know.

I literally never write reviews but I'm kind of shocked by the treatment I received from this…read morelocation. I signed up for a free class and somehow the dates got mixed up and I showed up 30 minutes early as instructed, but found out I was signed up for the following week. At first it seemed like a big deal that I was there on the "wrong" day, not fault but whoever scheduled me. Thankfully the class wasn't full so I was able to take the class. Coach Tanner was helpful and got me hooked up with a heart rate monitor and the class was great! Tanner is a helpful coach and extremely motivating but the studio manager, Ryan, is not so great. The second I said I had to think about the price of signing up he completely wrote me off. Then come the following week, I get a charge for a class. I called and left a message about the charge since the studio was closed at the time. Ryan gave me a call back and was immediately confrontational. He said I was charged because "I had reserved a class, equipment and somebody's time and didn't show up, therefore I was charged a "no show" fee". I explained to him that I in fact already took my first class (attached a photo of my summary) because there was a mix up with scheduling. He claimed nowhere in the system did it show I took my initial class. So apparently they never moved me over from the other class. He didn't remember the incident at all and kept asking me questions about how I signed up for my class, what time, and so on. He eventually said he would refund my money but never did he apologize for the inconvenience or mix up. It's very unprofessional and disappointing because I really did enjoy the class and was considering signing up. With his attitude I'm sure he couldn't care less about a negative review or a lost sale anyway.

Booking was also super easy since they're on ClassPass--huge win if you're popping in or trying new studios without committing. What really elevates this location though is the location itself. Park West is such a vibe--an outdoor shopping and social hub with tons of eateries, coffee spots, and things to do. It makes it so easy to turn your workout into a whole experience--grab a bite, meet friends, walk around... it's not just "go to the gym and leave." And this studio leans hard into community. They're not just running classes--they're building something. From run club meetups to HYROX-style training, there's always something extra going on that keeps people engaged beyond the 45-minute workout. You can tell it's more than just fitness here. Coaches are attentive, encouraging, and actually paying attention to form (which matters in a fast-paced setup like this). The space is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently even during busy classes. Huge perk: they offer a shower, which makes it super convenient if you're squeezing in a workout before work or heading out after. They also had some really cute, affordable location-specific swag--honestly regret not grabbing something while I was there. Only downside for me: I asked to try a loaner LionHeart monitor and they didn't have one available. That's kind of a missed opportunity because it's one of the best ways to get people hooked on the F45 experience. It's time to talk about why we hire humans instead of culminating an environment to which there…read morewill always be account issues and billing issues when humans have to deal with robots through a screen. I give a star for each positive attribute that this particular location has provided. The equipment is relatively newer all around with staging patterns that cater well to the traffic flow that visits. I give a second star for the additional amenity of a hybrid tanning bed, and not just the stand alones. Where this location regularly falls short, is the environment to which the attitude the staff brings to their daily routine makes me so damn frustrated. Three days in a row, I watched tanning room floors go untouched with trash and debris.. and on the third day when I brought it to the staff's attention, no one would take it upon themselves to clean the room properly and I had to address that they pause my timer so that I could go out of my way to make sure the tanning bed was sanitized. Each time I go to the counter, I have to interrupt someone on their cell phone, either watching TV or waiting for their next lunch break. There have been times I sat at the desk for over 10 minutes and even continuously called the front desk to see if ANY employee was going to pick up, or to come to the desk to allow me an opportunity to use the massaging chairs. My favorite is watching staff members regularly sitting on countertops, passing the time away, waiting for the clock to allow them the opportunity to take the trash out before it's closing time. There have been times I've sat in their parking lot, while they are not responsible for what goes on in their parking lot, sometimes you can tell who their friends are who are loitering in between cars through the parking lot in which there have been circumstances I've had to call the police and have avoided the location altogether because of things I've seen. I attempted to go to other locations, but those two stars have their hooks in based on my equipment needs and a quality location to visit consistently while my résumé goes unanswered in the Planet Fitness portal trying to and bring some light to a solution. I'm disappointed in all the new hires, because it is clear that they are just hiring their friends to stand around (more sheep and robots) instead of human beings that know how to be productive for themselves and take pride in the building that they are walking into in order to create a safe, clean, and dependable location where people can begin to heal themselves. $25 a month is way too much when I have to regularly clean my own tanning bed while the staff hides in the back on their phone. And we wonder why our unemployment rate is so high.

The pink gloves for the good cause is what sold me! Everyone is soooo welcoming. From the moment you step inside, to the classes, and workouts. If you have never done kickboxing no worries. They provide modifications and step by step teaching which is helpful. What I love most about their classes is that you start with a quick warmup, which could range from light jogging, to squats, to burpees (yuck lol). From there you do some stretching to get you loosened up, and then the main event is the boxing and kicking where you can really blow some steam! Lastly you get some partner practice with others in class and more stretching. You get a nice variety which is what I really loved. Only downside is the pricing. They only offer 7 or 12 month memberships. I really liked the environment but I hope they'll consider shorter memberships in the future. They do have class by class pricing though as an option.
