Contact Joseph by text for easy appointment setting: (623) 455-2911. Joseph and his assistant showed up exactly when he said he would be there and moved everything out swiftly and carefully. I was SO impressed at the professionalism.

The two girls at the desk are jibber-jabbering with each other. One looks up long enough to say "Take a number". Take a number and sit down. They continue their conversation. Other people come in. Some are told to take numbers, while others are allowed to have extended conversations with the clerks. How they determine who gets immediate service and who has to wait is a mystery. After a time, one girl gets up and wanders off somewhere, while the other talks on the phone. This goes on for a while until they call your number, at which time you show them your ID and they look you up in the system, hand you a card and tell you to go park your car around the side of the building. While you wait, other cars pull up, have their boxes loaded almost immediately, while you sit there and wait. And wait. Finally someone comes out and sticks a box of food in your car and life goes on.

Stopped to donate a few things and figured I'd look around for hiking/Capri pants for our summer…read moretrips. Found a great pair of Chico, two pairs of Columbia & a Kirkland brand pant that looked great! They all looked brand new and would cost less than $40! My review would have been 5 stars if not for their changing rooms being permanently closed (and now used for storage) and their return policy. I specifically asked the guy at checkout about their return policy (since I couldn't try anything on) to which he said "its 7 days with a receipt" - so I bought all without thought. I was about to walk out the door and said "I'll return any that don't fit" and he said sure, refund is store credit only. What?! To that, I requested a full refund (not store credit!) and he suggested I use their bathroom to try the pants on and then see which ones I want to purchase again. Ended up with 2/4 for $13. Very happy with my purchase but that's a silly policy. The guy was understanding but I suggested he be more forthcoming with their policy to people who ask, like myself. He said "most people who shop here know this".

I buy consoles from this location all the time and they never say "As is" and I can always return them no problem. No one is going to buy consoles if they can't return them and they know this.
