We wanted Chili to be an indoor dog so we wanted to get her trained. We never thought we would be able to train her but Felicia assured us that with practice we could do it. Our biggest thing was to get Chili to stop getting on the couches without being invited. She has mastered the command off and also sit and stay when being served her food. We have also taken what we have in her classes and have used it with our two outdoor dogs Frida and Diego. To our family Felicia is more than our dog trainer she is a friend that has become a big part of our family as she also trains my sister and sister in law's dogs. We are going to miss her so much. She helped us get Diva out of her shy scared state of mind to be the real Diva she is and helped us train her from a basic sit, down, loose leash walk. She also helped us break Divas separation anxiety with a sit stay while we walked away to another room. And recently has been helping us with our 6 month old gentle giant Lazarus our Great Dane. Our huge puppy definitely needed Felicia in his life in just 4classes we had such great progress he's a jumper but with her help she has showed us how to build a boundary at the bottom of our steps to help us go up and down our stairs with out him jumping on us. I feel comfortable taking my best friend there to be pampered & made (even more) beautiful. The space is clean,they ask specific questions to make sure your dog's needs are addressed..mine is good with other dogs so is able to socialize a bit after her bath & cut. Other pups who are less social have quieter solo space to hang out. Willow always gets compliments on her cut & bandana. Prices are in line with area costs and totally worth it! I'm picky and had the same groomer for 15+ years before I relocated to Humboldt. I'm grateful to have found Muddy Paws!

I made arrangements with Jaymeey as a cat sitter for two 15 minute visits over the weekend while I…read moreleft town to take care of some legal paperwork. Everything in the initial consultation seemed trustworthy: contracts, etc. A close friend checked up on our house before we returned from our trip and informed us that Jaymeey was in the house for much longer than 15 minutes, doing laundry and relaxing with a man she invited into our home without our consent(something we were told would NOT happen in the agreed contract). Our friend also informed us that Jaymeey and this man made a huge mess and empty food containers and clothes were all over the living room. A travel bathroom kit was also left behind. All of these findings lead us to believe that Jaymeey stayed the night and used our belongings without our permission, and also let the man stay here and do the same without our permission. As we unpacked from the trip, my fiancé noticed that several pieces of family heirloom jewelry had been stolen from our bedroom (in addition to various other rings, pieces of jewelry, gold dollar coins, and crystals). These are heirloom pieces that are not simply misplaced or forgotten. Lastly, our internet had been disconnected because Jaymeey, or the man she let into our house pirated a movie resulting in our account being flagged.

I was in such disbelief, I thought she was joking at first, it's such a dumb rule. I've never heard that in my 3 years of shopping there. I remained polite but grabbed the cat food bag and hustled out of the store. When I looked at the receipt this morning, they had charged my account $108.61 ! I called the store and asked about it. They said I would have to come in in person to get my refund. The store is 2 hours away! I had given my name at the beginning of the telephone call. They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! I'll go back to get my refund, but I won't be shopping there again. Look at your receipts before you leave this store!
