Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and compassionate to our needs. Being new patients they were able to quickly schedule follow ups and boosters. Within 5 minutes the clinician came back and said we need to euthanize with zero explanation as to why. It wasn't until they were already drawing the euthanasia into the needles that they explained there were tumors in her stomach and they had preformed an ultrasound to find them. She has had no history of this but I could see she was suffering so I agreed. When I was saying goodbye to my dog I've had since I was 10 years old they kept coming in asking if I was done yet. I was given 10 minutes to say goodbye to my dog of over a decade. They still charged the emergency visit fee on top of the cremation fee. I was out $700 and my best friend. There was no one else in the lobby waiting and they were still rushing me out. No sympathy to my situation, you'd think vets would be more compassionate to pet parents but no. The only reason i'm giving the two stars is because on another occasion, I needed to get my cat dewormed and the woman on the phone encouraged me to try a cheaper over the counter medication at a local pet store first, before paying for an appointment at their clinic.

They said I would have to come in in person to get my refund. The store is 2 hours away! I had given my name at the beginning of the telephone call. They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! I'll go back to get my refund, but I won't be shopping there again. Look at your receipts before you leave this store!

I'll be with you when my tv show is over." The dog was screaming in pain. Worst vet I've ever seen. He yelled at me, "I do not reward bad behavior." He yelled it at me three times. I said, "I don't know what you're talking about." He said, "don't give your dog comfort, it makes it difficult for me to examine her." I told him, "she's afraid of you and she's getting ready to jump off the counter. She would likely injure her back or legs if she jumped. I wanted to keep her from jumping." He then told me to take her somewhere else unless I was willing to back away from the table. He gave her a shot for something and by the time I got home, she was having a reaction, eyes, ears, and lips swollen thick. I called his office and he said, "just give her some antihistamine." It took hours for the swelling to go down. I thought she was going to suffocate. He's a sadist. I honestly believe he hates people and animals. I thought his license to practice had been revoked? I'm very disappointed to see him practicing again. Beware, do not go see him.

I drove 2 hours to make it. I asked for a TRIM on his paws & butt. Here we are 10 years later & I took my husky who got completely botched. I'm going to drop the photos here for everyone to review & make their own decisions. I know hair will grow back but this shows the "expertise" of the groomer. I know this review may do no good to the owner whose response to criticism has been quite colorful to say the least, but I do know that in a small town word travels faster than wildfire & I plan to take my botched pup to every local place to show off his "muddy paws look".
