Worst experience ever! I have been coming here for years and no problems with the lady who usually works here. A new lady is working and said she trained everyone that works there. I asked her not to thread the top of the eyebrows and that's the first thing she does. I told her, I just said don't thread it and she calls me a liar and said she didn't. Went in with fully grown out eyebrows hoping to get a perfect reshape and clean up. Left with worse shape. She spent less then 10 minutes on my service and did not extra clean up for stray hairs. Yes, I asked her to fix the shape before I left and she just brushed my hairs and plucked one hair out and was like all better ‍ Didn't clean chair in between clients and kept calling me girl. Went in for a clean up, no shaping and left worst. Had me sit in the same chair as the last person (not cleaned) then kept offering to do my mustache after I had declined twice. She went in with scissors and "trimmed" but as you can see she over-trimmed and now my eyes brows are worse than when I came. read more

I had my eyebrows done today by Evana, and it was amazing. She did such an amazing job.

I have been coming here for years, and never experienced any issues. I specifically told the lady that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not too thin. I repeated myself once more to reiterate that I DID NOT want pencil thin eyebrows, and she acknowledged me but wasn't really listening. She "finished" but one eyebrow was thinner than the other, so she told me that she could fix the other one to make them even. Obviously not what I wanted, but I wasn't paying for two different eyebrows. She started working on my eyebrow again and left me with a very uneven form (see pictures). If I could pick a lower rating I would. A sincere apology should have been the least they could do, but they were not even capable of doing that. Hollywood Eyebrows usually does a good job, but I would suggest going to a DIFFERENT LOCATION. read more

The staff is friendly and very fast even if there are other people in front of you you will get an estimated time when they will take you back. The place was super clean and clutter free. The technician was attentive and professional. She even chuckled at my bad jokes about my ridiculously thick eyebrows. I prefer my brows to be thinner than they were threaded today but it is always so hard to tell with the overhead lighting and the redness my fair skin gets. I usually really like going here. They do a really good job but they just removed their reward system without any notice. If you go 10 times they are supposed to give you one for free. I went 10 times and when I went thinking I was going to be able to redeem my reward I get let known they don't do that anymore. I get it if you're getting rid of the system but at least honor those who still have an award. Bad customer service. read more

I'd give them 5 stars, but it's my first time at this place. If the service stays as prompt and thorough as it was today I will revisit this and up the star-grade. It's a small, clean location. You walk in, sign in, and get called back to a chair. I just needed my brows cleaned up, so I can't speak to how well they shape brows (mine are minimal and getting tattooed), but I also needed my upper lip done (don't judge!) and that was done very well. Love this place! I'm signed up for their deal notifications via text and they often have $1 or $2 off services at select locations and they don't expire for at least a week or two. If I go in and haven't received a text coupon in a while, I flash my ASU student ID and they give me $1 off. I came on a Sunday afternoon and it was 5:35pm when I tried to open the door and it was closed even though the OPEN sign was still on. When I was standing by the door the girls inside noticed me but chose to ignore and not open the door. The door was closed and the hours that were stated on the window said that on Sundays they're supposed to close at 6pm not 5:35pm. This is ridiculous and bad customer service. Terrible. I went with my sister and her eyebrows were worst then when she came in. One was very different and small it was very obvious how uneven they were. Plus she left all the eyebrow hairs that were plucked out still on her face. She also made us wait 10 minutes to actually do her job when no customers were in the chairs or in the store. I tried this place for the first time today. No one was there when I came in so I didn't have to wait. I really liked it. The place is very clean and I felt like the everything was sanitary. I get a little annoyed when they don't ask me what I want in regards to shape and so on and just start threading but I liked how it turned out in the end.
