I just moved to the area and needed to find a new place to get my eyebrows threaded. This place is closest to my residence, so I decided to try it out. I'm glad that they were open on Easter Sunday. When I went in, there was nobody there. Honestly, it was very dirty and I was super turned off and nervous to even get the service done. There was trash and crumbs all over the floor. I walked up to the counter and nobody was standing there, but there was a baby in a crib right there. I finally heard the lady in the back say to give her a minute, and I was totally fine with waiting. The prices here are quite a bit more than most places I've been to ($14 for brows vs $10 I've paid everywhere else) so I was kind of shocked. However, this is probably the second best brow place I've ever been to. I really love the way that they turned out, after just getting a cleanup. She put witch hazel on at the end. The reason why I'm giving it four stars, though, is because she was on the phone the entire time and had headphones in. I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or somebody else because she was speaking a different language. read more

They're not consistent at all. You're lucky if your brows come out good on your visit but it doesn't mean the same for you next one. They either go too thin or make their own shape and mess it up. It's honestly annoying. read more

Used to be good. Don't know what happen. They messed up my eyebrows I went crying home. My eyebrow shape is now straighter instead of the natural arch I used to have. So upset so sad. And they hurt my inner lip as well don't know that happens if it's supposed to be upper lip. read more

Amazing Experience! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 11 years now so I know a good threader when I see one and Indira was superb. I went here on a whim since they opened up down the street from my house. They were running a special for grand opening and the normal price for eyebrows is already cheaper than what I pay now. Indira made me feel welcomed when I walked in while she was in the middle of doing someone else's brows and directed me to sign in. When she began doing my brows she had that gentle touch. Some threaders make you feel like they are taking your skin off but not Indira, she has a gentle hand and you could barely feel her threading. Again I've been doing this for 11 years so that could just be me. Before starting she asks what you would like and then proceeds to show you what she will be leaving and taking off. I really appAfter she was done with one eyebrow she made sure that was what I wanted in order to proceed to the next brow. I have think sparse brows so they aren't easy to thread and are easily messed up if you don't know what the heck you are doing. Indira did phenomenal and I even got a mini eyebrow massage at the end. I will keep coming back here for my eyebrow threading. I'm super excited they opened this in our area. Indira you ROCK! Update: after coming here for over a year I can truly say I love this place. All of the techs are amazing at what they do and very sweet. Indira changed her days of the week she worked and I kept forgetting those days and the other lady I saw wrote down Indiras work days for me on the stamp card so I didn't forget.... I've come 3 times in the past 3 days and theyve been closed during the business hours. One day I came before close (at least an hour) and they sat at the desk and stared at me with the door locked. Their sign never has the correct time they're coming back. It's really irritating. And nobody goes to lunch at 3 and 4 pm.
