Today I came for 15 minutes electrolysis (permanent hair removal) from my chin. Since my last birthday I've noticed some unsightly hair growth and we can have that no ma'am! As Always the student was very polite and professional she introduced her self to me, walked me to the back were the service was taken place and me answer questions about my health and skin care routine . I was asked to lie down on a bed with clean paper and a pillow for my leg for comfort, she began by explaining to me how the procedure works and what the machine does. We started by providing a washing of the desired area and then we began with ELECTROLYSIS ..... it felt like a probe, shock, and pull . She was very patient with me asking how was the heat level ok for me she's actually even show me the hair after it was removed.. wow whoa! I was super nervous Sariya made me completely relax during this service after she applied the cooling agent and assisted me up and off the table! Money hungry school. They care more money than the youth's education. My daughter first registered in December. She was granted financial aid. She fell behind a few months on her payment. When she first signed up. She was told she wouldn't be able to graduate until payment was in full. All of a sudden she couldn't attend classes until she caught up with her payments. I paid $1400 to catch her up. I was told she had 30 days to make the next payment which was just do. 4 days later they deactivated her badge again. Students cannot attend their classes unless they pay. MONEY HUNGRY. All of a sudden they stated the policy change. Without any notice to the parents? Just kick kids out the classes for money? DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL THIS IS ONE OF THE REASON WHY THIS YOUTH IS SO MESSED UP. read more

Left with my face bleeding. Saw a groupon for 3 haircuts and a shave and decided to try. I've had my hair cut in the past in these learning salons with mixed results. Went in in the morning, and the underground rap / hip hop blaring on the school system was definitely not salon sanctioned. Haircut was crooked, guy cutting it was more concerned about taking pictures for IG than paying attention to the haircut. The girl who gave the attempt at a shave, never has used a straight razor in her life. My face was burning badly from aftershave, I was in a rush and left. Got back home and saw my face bleeding and scorched from the aftershave on multiple sides of my face - with nothing shaved, just bleeding. I called to see if that was normal, and was apologized to, but nothing else. Extremely hesitant for a 2nd trip, I came back in a month later, and the same guy was available to cut my hair. Still trying to take pictures for IG, and still crooked haircut with no blend. He was pissed that I was correcting him this time, and roughly blending my fade in as requested instead of the undercut he did. He dusted me off quickly, said and I quote "I have to take a shit." to the girl at the desk and ran (to the bathroom I'm guessing). This is a real place? I've had $6 haircuts that went better than this. There won't be a 3rd time or ever again - I gave ample time for someone to reach out to me about it. Omg very rude and u professional male teacher who teachers mani- pedi! He interrupted me and start being rude and sarcastic while I was talking to the front desk! They train their students on a real clients, and you have to pay money for that and they do not guarantee the result and let you sign a paper about it. So if you hair come out purple instead of blonde or they cut your finger off during the pedicure, they are not responsible! People who provide you service do not have a license! Teachers stop by to see the final result, they don't control the process. They don't have even a pedicure chair , they put a bucket with water to your seat in a waiting area, put the tools on the floor, not on a stand and do pedicure like that! I was first skeptical about going back to school. I must say the tour by ms diamond was excellent very Knowledgeable, didn't miss a thing about the tour showing each of the sections of the school. All questions were promptly answered and treated with the most up respect. If your looking to tour with the school reach out to ms diamond she make sure your like one of her own follows through and make sure your doing good and everything is running smoothly! My instructor ms michelle in the skin program as i was in the full specialist program very knowledgeable, understanding and her theory is amazing where it breaks down easy to understand. Had a spa pedicure. The student did an excellent job. Gave a wonderful foot and leg massage. Great experience and only $20!

the people are nice, but if you plan on enrolling here, you best not have a job or life. 5 days per week, 6 hours per day and you have to have 70% attendance to graduate. it's like highschool pt. 2. i believe it should be 3-4 days per week and although it will take longer to finish, i think the students should have an option to come when they can and when it fits their schedule. i'm paying you, i should have a choice. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thursday March 18 2021 I had my appointment at 11am for a full foil. The girl doing my hair did not ask me what color blonde I wanted or how much. She did a bunch of foils down the back of my head, did not blend them at all, did not go to my scalp she left about a half inch of root showing, she did not do any color on the back of my head, if you hold my hair out you can see the previous color I had . Her instructor stood there watching her the entire time and did not correct her at all knowing how bad my color would look. I spoke to the lady at the front she agreed with how bad my hair looks and assured my the owner would be contacting me the following day (Friday) to get me back in to rectify this mess, It is now Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone. I was told someone would contact me the following day. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever gone to. read more

If you're considering this school as an option to get your license, i'd be hesitant. I went for my facial specialist license at the end of winter 2022. They have great admissions reps (I was given a tour by Liznell McMaster) that sell you something that sounds a whole lot better than what you get (like a car salesmen). The spa was moldy (smelled of it as well), carpeted, we used dish soap to wash our hands, with the same sink we used to wash our dishes, very small, and very crammed. They make the students wash all of there programs dirty laundry (literally). Seems they don't like to upgrade a lot of the rusted broken machines we use on each others faces. The instructor I had (Ms. Michelle Welch) was the only person I had trust in, she was very good but overworked (like a lot of the staff, but not all of them). The school is cheap and THE OPERATION IS AWFUL. Especially when it's time to graduate. This is the kicker, they say you'll get your license sent too you in about a month after graduation. YOU DON'T UNLESS YOU FIGHT FOR IT. I was on the edge of getting lawyers involved. Its over 2 months since I graduated and the staff is very unresponsive, even after I had come in for my exit interview they couldn't send my application out for my license (even after completing all my hours and passing my exam) and said they would call me the following Tuesday. SHE NEVER DID. I had called multiple times and never heard a response from the woman that was suppose to contact me, until 2 weeks later (Victoria Brantley). Although she is very nice, she is either astronomically overworked (or wants you to believe she is), or doesn't take in to consideration the wellbeing AND LIVELYHOOD of others seriously. After finally getting my application sent in, they never payed the $75 fee for my license to DBPR (that is suppose to be coming out of my tuition) even after I emailed Ms. Brantley and the Campus Administrator Melvin Strain. They claimed that it had already been payed, even though I had already called DBPR and they confirmed they never received payment. As I am writing this exhausting review I am paying $75 out of pocket I shouldn't have to pay after already paying for a $6,000 tuition. You're also suppose to get some sort of job assistance which I will never get after barely receiving my license. I suggest if you decide to go to this school to have good lawyer on hand. Very awesome place for family cuts or any thing that deal with beautician specialists. They are friendly and very hospitable.

Do not go here by any means. This place is absolutely horrible. There is a Male instructor the really tall white one that is extremely rude to customers in front of everyone. I'm not sure how he's allowed to work there with such an attitude. Who ever is in charge should really do something about him I came in twice and both times he was yelling and giving customers attitude. A complete turn off. I'll be sure to spread the word not to go to this crappy establishment while he is there. I feel bad for the students that have to deal with him. read more

This school is the worst school that anyone could ever think about attending. Where do I even start?...Okay first off they can never keep instructors, during my time there we had a minimum of five different instructors, registrars, directors, student placement coordinators, financial aid advisors, and admission reps. The director didn't want the students talking to student placement coordinator because she felt they were getting to close and wasn't discussing their futures. everytime we got use to one instructor they were quitting or fired because they didn't kiss the directors ass. None of the students or staff members like her. Then on top of that if you don't finish their program at their school you can't even get an unofficial transcript which is retarded to me. I traveled two hours both ways to that school everyday for almost six months and have nothing to show for my dedication to driving there everyday. If you are considering attending this school i would seriously reconsider. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! read more
