Just rented a 10 foot Uhaul from these guys. It's the first time I've used them. Mark my words.... I'm never going anywhere else, and prior to them, I've used two locations around Hollywood. Honest. Easy. Friendly. Truck was in solid shape. No last minute switches. I reserved three days out. Do the same. My girlfriend left her phone in the truck. They had it when I drove back. It just doesn't get any better. My recommendations? Parking across the street was $7. If you don't know the area, that's where you park. After a day of moving, you'll appreciate a short walk to the finish line. A coffee shop is right up the street.. maybe 100 feet. If you don't have time for coffee before the morning pickup, get it there. If you need an iced afternoon... get it there. Don't freak out if there is no printed receipt handed to you. The person helping me showed me the screen, verifying it had been sent to the email address used for initial reservation. Sure enough, there it was. And don't be foolish. Get. The. Uhaul. Insurance. All in all, I appreciate their business approach... so in return... be honest with them. It's up to us not to spoil this. read more

I don't always have a good experience when I rent a U-Haul, but apparently when I do, it is here. Reserved a truck last night, got the truck when they opened this morning, and returned it 4 hours later. Very simple stuff. The truck was nearly empty and had a broken mirror, but they approached it in a very real manner. No circling stuff on papers, just an agreement between two people, which I appreciate.
