Who's the rude guy on the phone with a petty attitude, worker incompetence, and a level of self-assigned prestige that makes him unable to be bothered by customer service calls and standard questions? What's your problem? Just finished a call with him today at 11:30am on 9/4. After every comment or question I had he would cut me off with one worded answers in a very annoyed and impatient manner. Clearly bare minimum customer service, or baseline human interaction, is far out of his skill set. To be clear, the questions I asked were: "Do you accept the 41-LS form?" and "Do you take walk ins?". I suppose my questions were very out of line and a waste of his time...okay... I must be the first customer to ever ask such bothersome questions? And to top it off, before I could even ask my third question, he just hung on me.. dude, what?? To the boor I just talked to on the phone (assuming your company even reads their reviews) I am not the issue with whatever in your life is making you so miserable-- I suggest you stop projecting your personal feelings onto strangers, Godspeed. read more

This is a local one man show that has printing services. I came here to make flyers I've been meaning to make for a while. It's about 40 cents and up per page. They also have fingerprint LiveScan for background checks so that's handy. It's a one stop shop. Mailboxes here, postage supplies, packing supplies, even computers for the Internet if you don't wanna go to the library at five bucks an hour. I'll come here versus Staples if it supports local business, though Staples has good service too. Be patient as it's just one guy running it like I said. read more

The price, service, and quality can not be beaten! I save hundreds of dollars copying scripts and musical scores at the General Copy Center. I Emailed multiple PDF files to them. I gave them very specific instructions for a script and different instructions for a musical score. They copied the entire order perfectly. Everything was ready within hours then they emailed me to let me know the order was done. Not one mistake!! I have gone back several times to copy rewrites and each time was just as good. It is not the fanciest looking place and there is not a lot of parking especially during rush hour. However, I pulled my car up to the front door and they loaded the boxes of copies in my trunk. read more

I came here after fedex in West Hollywood told me it would take 5 hours to do my project and General Copy was able to do it in about 15 minutes... dare I say... cheerfully?
