I decided to try a new nail salon because I had my friend and toddler with me and the wait was going to be too long at my usual place. So going in, I got the gel x service because I love this technique...which I shouldn't have done because initially the receptionist said they didn't offer it but then quickly got told by another employee they do. My nails are chunky and uneven. After asking multiple questions and voicing my concerns, the receptionist didn't have the nicest attitude. I also had to hold a black light flashlight to assist doing my own nails??? Which was very odd to me. Lol The lady who did my nails was so sweet though! If they weren't experienced with the gel x service, they shouldn't have offered. With all of that, they were phenomenal with my toddler and her gel nails are so cute! Maybe they just need more practice with gel x but I still had to pay full price for nails I wasn't satisfied with. read more

Service was great. My nail tech did an amazing job massaging my calves and feet. My toes look really good after a much needed pedi.

I've had 2 mani/pedi's at this salon and have left very happy with the results. Nicole has been very good both times I've been there.

First the guy that did my nails didn't listen to what I wanted. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. Some look almond and some look round. Then the lady that was doing my grandma nails was going on and on about how tired she was, and how ready she was to go home. He rushed through them. was super hesitant to make this review because me and my family have been going here for a long time but today just completely blew me away... the man doing my nails decided it was appropriate to tell me that i needed to drink diet coke instead of regular... basically trying to insinuate i was over weight and making it a joke?? and before that he also cut my finger and made it bleed with a FILE not a drill a NAIL FILE and put nail glue on it to make it stop bleeding, and told me it was my fault since i was showing him a picture on my phone...okay... there are other multiple stories i can come on here to share about this place but i think this is enough. sad to leave but rather take my business elsewhere! read more

Good location, beautiful facility. However, my nails French style were done crooked . when I ask to correct it, got negative response. I think this rural area got infected with mafia which brings Asian low pay worker, paying them low wages, while changing customers up to the top. They charge for each single thing and added in your bill, which should be included. read more

Have been several times and each time has been on a walk in basis and have never had an issue getting in right away. Each time I've had someone different but it has always been awesome! This last time I went I took my daughter and she got her fingers and toes painted and the woman who was with her was so kind and added little jewels which made the whole trip even more amazing for her. Salon is clean and we were sat very quickly, even for a Saturday! The pedicure was not done well though. She cut my toe, cut the nails too short & didn't give them a shape, plus she rushed through the callous removal. The polish wasn't done well and was dented on the big toes. I pointed this out and asked if I could have them repainted and they were sweet to do it. The second go around was much better! I'm not over picky usually but it's my birthday and my mom was paying. I waited a hour and fifteen minutes for an appointment I had booked. Meanwhile they put acetone and foil on my nails for over an hour. I took it off. My skin was white and shriveled. Told the manager and she assured me how good acetone is for one's skin. No apology or an "I'm so sorry." Just acts like you're an idiot. Also. I picked a color out and asked the lady to match that color to powder dip. It no where near matches at all. Now 2 hours later I'm leaving. However, the girl who did my nails did fine. Since I have been in Granbury I have been going to this Salon and I've got to say I do love it. Every time I go there they are so welcoming and the environment just seems positive when you walk in. They have some people at the counter that speak very good English so that I can explain exactly what I want, the people actually doing my nails talk to me and try to start conversations which I love. The place is very clean and pretty, and the bathrooms are very nice. The only reason I didn't give this a five star is because they need to sanitize their equipment, I noticed when I was getting my nails done they were using the same tools that they used on somebody else which is kinda gross. My wife and I came into the salon to treat ourselves for our anniversary weekend. My wife got gel polish on her fingers and regular on her toes. The polish on her toes washed off in the shower later that evening. Called the salon and they claimed they would take care of it. Came back in the next morning. Wife opted to get gel polish on her toes to assure that it would stay on. They charged another $20 to redo the polish. I understand the gel polish is an up charge, but after a failed application I would have expected a different experience. read more

I won't be back to this nail salon. I pay the extra for the longer massage times but more than once they've shorted me to less time than the base pedicure. Also, this time they splattered oil on my sandals and ruined them with stains and when I showed them they denied it even though there was oil spilled on the floor too. read more

I want to start my review by saying that the man at the front desk, and the older woman helping the other technicians, were absolutely amazing. My family came in for some services. We had no problem waiting as it is so close to the holidays and we didn't have an appointment. The wait time was no issue, and is not why my review is so low. The woman doing my pedicure was rushed and a bit snippy with me, but again I don't mind. My five year old had to wait about an hour and was getting a bit upset so after my pedicure, the technician went to do hers. The issue I have was with the tech who did my dip full set. She rushed over and was extremely rude and was basically throwing my hands down when switching to the other side. When filing down my nails she cut most of my cuticles and I was bleeding. The dip is not on all of my nails because she was rushing through it so quickly. I tried making small talk and she just wouldn't respond. I never treat myself to a pedicure or a full set. 130 dollars later and I just absolutely hate the way my nails look. I still tipped and was very kind to the employees, but I'm not sure I'll come here again. read more

I've tried and posted on a couple of nail salons sinking moving to Granbury. This one has been my favorite so far. Ann gives the best pedicure. I went with the cucumber cashmere $45. She was amazing an caring I normally never let them use anything to she's dead skin due to a foot surgery. Ann assured me she would be gentle... she was. Vivian did a full gel set for me $45 she took the time to make sure to make it not feel bulky like it normally has at other places. I've found the place I will be going to from now on :) read more

Fantastic nail salon. Read good reviews and decided since we were in granbury today, we'd stop by. My mother and I both got ours done, and they look fantastic. They are all the same length, same style, smooth, and the color is great. It's a lot quieter than many salons I've been too, and I really like their more open spacious layout. We both agreed we will definitely be coming back and make this our regular nail place. The employees were all super nice and if you had any issues they were very quick to address them. Prices are average for the area as well. After seeing how great the pedicures look, we will be going back to try that. Definitely recommend, super happy with our nails. read more

This salon is very beautiful inside ... everything was clean, bright and modern. They had tons of colors to choose from for dipped nails. My nail technician seemed nice enough. She asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed toward the end, which I always do, but then proceeded to tell me it was $5 ! Ridiculous. Yes, they were offering 30% off, but only to charge me $5 to trim my cuticles. The job she did was half hearted and totally not worth the extra money. My nails looked bad when she was done ... uneven, filed crooked on one nail. Just a poor job overall. I learned my lesson going somewhere different to save money. I won't go anywhere else from now on. My regular nail tech would never charge me extra to do what should be considered part of the service. I will not be going back ever again. read more

We had a group of six in Grandbury for a girl's weekend. I called Village Nails at 10:30 am and they were able to fit us in at 11:30am. I expected to have to call numerous salons to find one that could do six pedicures at the same time, but I hit the jackpot with Village Nails. When we arrived, they were able to start on us right away. The salon is large and very clean with a great selection of polish. They have a menu of different pedicure options and we were all able to find one that appealed to us. All of the pedicures included parrafin wax and hot stone massage. This nail salon is the best I have ever been to! It is so clean and beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and wear matching polo's. I got the tropical pedicure and a full set of dip and both were absolutely amazing. Jimmy did my pedicure and spent so much time on the massage which is my favorite part. I went in to get my nails redone, they were kind enough to let me come in to fix my nails. The lady that did my nails, did not get the left over part of my nails off before applying the new powder. She rushed to get done, and did not file my nails even. When she went to put the top shiny coat on my nails, she didn't get the whole nail. So i had part of my nails rough and uneven. Now being less than a week my nails are all falling off, when it would usually take at least 2 weeks for that to happen. I was not happy with my experience at all, i will not be returning. read more
